The studio apartment is in Fitrovia in the centre of London. It has recently been renovated and added to this site so we have few reviews as yet. This apartment is like a smart hotel room but better value and with a small kitchenette. There is no separate living room.

The apartment is within walking distance to Oxford Street, London's main shopping street, but also close to the lovely Regents Park. Better value and much nicer than most Central London hotels. The apartment has recently been fully refurbished. There is a quality mattress which was renewed in August 2016. It comes with free Wi-Fi Internet. It has double glazed, traditional sash windows. It has a Small kitchen and a modern shower room. The apartment is for two people.

I absolutely loved staying at this flat! It definitely is walking distance from a lot of areas, and the tube is right down the street (the Warren St tube is probably one of the most convenient tubes in my opinion!). The flat was clean, had everything I needed, and very cozy. The kitchenette came in very handy for me, as well. Robert was very responsive to any inquiries I had, and Michelle was such a delight. I will definitely be staying here again when I go back to London!!!

This small studio apartment is in Warren Street, W1, in the centre of London. It is walkable to many of the tourist locations including Oxford Street, Regents Park, the restaurants and bars in trendy Charlotte Street and Madame Tussauds. It is five minutes walk to University College Hospital (UCH). There are excellent transport links with three subway stations (Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regents Park) covering 5 different subway lines all within 5 minutes walk.

Short stay, good location for subway stops

Enjoyed 3 nights stay in this nice apartment. 5 minutes west to Great Portland St & 5 minutes east to Warren St stations. Nice to be close to 2 different tube lines. Good restaurants nearby. Clean, quiet area. Only concern I had was navigating 35 steps to the room from ground floor. Owners went out of their way to help us during our trip. Would stay there again, no issues.

Nice spot in central London

I have stayed at this property before on the lovely Warren Street for a weekend holiday in London and chose to come back. Having stayed in both studios (front and rear), I can say that the experience was pleasant and the process was very easy. I have stayed alone and also with another person and although the size is small, it was perfect for 1 person, and worked fine with 2. This time I accidentally locked my phone in the apartment as I was departing and Michelle (who manages the property and I believe lives on site in another flat) was easily accessible to open it for me so I would not be delayed and miss my flight. It's proximity to Great Portland Street Station and Warren Street Station makes it very easy for public transport. Because it is in a quieter area of town street noise is also less of an issue compared to the busier areas of central London. I had good access to wifi during my stay. Definitely my go to place for when I am in town and I would highly recommend it for professional and holiday travelers who have a mid-range budget and would prefer not to stay in a hotel. Thank you. I'm sure I will be back.

Clean, comfy and close!

Our stay in London was great! This location is very close to two metro stations (Warren st. Station and Portland station I believe) so getting around to all the major tourist attractions was a breeze after purchasing an osyter card (london's metro card that allows you to load money onto it). The internet worked, plenty of hot water with modern upgrades. We enjoyed our stay and it was hassle free!

Perfect location & home away from home

I never could have stayed this long in London (4 weeks) if I hadn't had this studio to come back to & relax in every night.

The space is perfect - bedroom area, small kitchen, large wardrobe for storage & an ensuite bathroom.

Walkable to quite a few tube stations & easy bus routes to follow. Really in the centre of everything. I'll be back

Superb-location, great modern facilities, and fabulous convenience in the heart of Fitzrovia!

My initial rental flat was cancelled just few days before my arrival while I was already in Luxembourg. I was hurrying to find a new place to stay in London and the owner of this property was one of the fastest and the kindest to reply me with detailed procedure with clear explanation. All they written to me was very trustworthy and in good manner.

Although the room itself is very compact, considering the over-priced London hotels, their (mostly) shabby facilities and not particulary attractive locations, this self-contained flat was more than enough for me to enjoy the full Londoners's life in the 'real' centre of central London.

I used to live in London for many years in various lacations across London, but this flat is the most centrally and conveniently located property. Yes, the room is very small so it maybe a bit difficult for those tall or big sized travellers with lots of luggage. ( I'm UK size 10)

For me, It was enough to put two medium sized suitcases and there was a plently of cupboard, etc. The shower & toilet was extremely efficient, modern and very clean. The kitchen is also small but enough for 1 person to do some simple cooking for few days.

The area is extremely lively with full of interesting and newly opened great bars and restaurants, supermarkets, and daily necessity shops so it is even super safe to come back late at night alone. Next door is one of the celebrated Islaeli resaturants, which gave me a great aroma throughout the day! You may not enjoy it if you are not up for that kind of lively Londoner's central London hip life style. But if you are in need of going in and out between West End shows and shopping, like I did, this is the best location.

I didn't get to see Michelle but her mother and David helped me to sort out my luggage and explained to me about the room with lovely and polite manner. I was very happy with my turned out to be the best choice I made in the end. If I were to travel again in London, I will definately come back! Thank you so much! I really appreciated it!
