About Mike & Sandra

We are a couple of 'Baby Boomers' who have plenty of energy left and have visited various holiday destinations mostly for hiking.

We enjoy exploring hidden areas, historic locations, old villages and mountain areas.

Mike & Sandra purchased this apartment in 2006

Why Mike & Sandra chose Kato Paphos

We decided to buy in Kato Paphos after many visits to Cyprus, we felt this area offered the best option regarding access to beaches, historic sites, walking and most tourists activities.

We bought the apartment before it was completed in 2006. When we first viewed on completion we were amazed at the stunning sea view from the lounge.

What makes this apartment unique

We love the apartment because it is so close to the sea and overlooks the Unesco historical site.

One of our favourite strolls is a circular walk from the apartment down to the beach then following the coastal path round to the castle and harbour, stopping for refreshments at one of the many harbour side restaurants before heading back via the ancient Catacombs.

Although there is no internet in the apartment there is free wifi available 2 min walk away at the Kings Avenue Mall, this is a stunning shopping centre with designer shops/cinema/coffee shops/restaurants/supermarket/children's play area and much more.

Great Location

Nice clean apartment and a good size for the 5 of us. Used mainly as a base to explore the region it was central to everything we wanted. Great communication from both even when i was slow getting back to them also. The sunsets are a gem to watch whilst sipping a nice G&T on the balcony at the end of a busy day. Thanks both

Wonderful Apartment with fantastic sunsets

Great hosts who responded to my enquirers very fast. Apartment is exactly as discribed and the photos do not give the sunsets enough credit. You have to be there to witness this beautiful time of the day. Location wise it is very good as it is easy to get into the harbour area or the older parts of Paphos. The nearby shopping centre is very handy. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the necessary items to ensure a relaxing stay. I would recommend this apartment and hope to return next year.

Lighthouse view is the best!!

I loved Lighthouse view. Its so central to everything. Allocated parking for the hirecar, balcony on both aspects so you get the morning and afternoon sun, views of the sunset and UNESCO Kato Pafos archaeological site. Two nice bedrooms and one bathroom. Nice Kitchen, and dining area. Spent new years eve playing the Dominoes! DVDs and books available. Quiet, safe, and very handy for Kings Avenue Mall - a big shopping area with a Carrefour, cinema, plenty of eating places (Wagamama, TGI Fridays etc) all with free WIFI. 5 mins from Tomb of the Kings. It was really good and i would not hesitate in recommending this apartment. I felt sad to leave.

Perfect sunset-view!

All around perfect and complete flat for a couple, or a family up to 4.

Spacious and with the best sunset-view you can imagine.

All the electric appliances are new and do their job, we had a great time.

The Apartment is located just a 5 min. walk from the beach in a quiet area of Kato Paphos. Access to the Lighthouse Beach (Blue Flag) is via a small road with no main road to cross.

All amenities including restaurants/bakery and shops are within a 2 min walk away. An attraction which many of our guests comment on is the convenience of THE KINGS MALL shopping centre which is air conditioned & contains lots restaurants, shops, a cinema, play area, supermarket, free wifi, & many other attractions & this too is just a 2 min walk away

The balcony leading from the lounge has stunning sea views and overlooks the Unesco Site of Antiquity and is ideal for dining al-fresco or simply enjoying a cool drink whilst watching the evening sunset over the Mediterranean sea.

Covered private car parking is provided directly below the apartment block entrance with immediate access to the lift making it ideal for guests with limited walking ability.

For those who enjoy swimming pool activities the Damon Hotel is located 150 metres from the apartment and has a stunning large outdoor pool snacks can also be obtained from the poolside bar.
