This apartment is brand new for 2013, is only moments away from the heart of Lagos and all the amenities, and is ideal for the family holiday.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one being en suite; all have fully fitted wardrobes. The bedrooms are 1 double with en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and is adjacent to the family bathroom.
The third bedroom also has twin beds, fully fitted wardrobes and is air conditioned.
The kitchen is large and leads on to the private balcony which is private to the apartment.
The apartment living room has seating for 6 people and a double sofa bed, there is a dining area with seating for 6 people around the table.
There is satellite TV (English) and a large flat screen TV and the living room leads onto the private balcony. The two pools are on the ground floor one being indoor and the second being outdoor with a sauna, jacuzzi and gym located inside by the pool. The outside pool is located along side a large 6 man jacuzzi, there also is a children's play ground on the complex all free for guests only.
The apartment is ideal for the family holiday but has easy access to all amenities and the added bonus of an indoor pool for use all year around. The indoor gym helps you keep fit all winter long with numerous tread mills keeping you dry and fit.
The city centre is only also is only 5 minutes away and has plenty to offer regarding restaurants and cafés. Minutes away and you have two large supermarkets within a 4 minute walk.

Lagos is one of the oldest and historical cities in the Algarve dating back to 2000BC, being a walled city and having a natural harbour made it very important with its location and for fishing. Within 75 metres of the complex are a selection of shops cafes, bars an restaurants located on the cobbled streets of Lagos and leads into the main section of the city.
The city has a vast array of cobbled streets with street cafes, bars and excellent restaurants to eat in. The main square has typical quaint houses and street entertainers with plenty of hand carved gifts to take home. The natural harbour is home to over 500 yachts and the fishing boats of Lagos, within 5 minutes of this harbour is the 3 km of golden sand coloured beach called Meia Praia.. The beach has water sports, parasols and sun loungers for hire.
Within a short drive you can visit the many water parks and the famous zoo marine with its interactive dolphins and for an extra charge you can swim with the dolphins. Praia Porto do Mos is a long wide sandy beach backed by high cliffs with stunning views. The beach shelves gently into the sea and you can play in the crashing surf. There are sun loungers and parasols available for hire.
The beach bars “Campimar” and “O Antonios” serve snacks and drinks all day plus a full lunch and dinner menu is available with fish dishes being a speciality. There is ample parking at Praia Porto do Mos, also a life guard is in attendance during the busy summer months. There is a bus service available to and from the town centre.
The cliffs at Porto do Mos are a great place to walk in a natural surrounding, where many picturesque surprises awaiting you. If the tide is out, you can watch the fisherman combing the rocks in search of something octopus. These cliffs provide a natural path that can take you all the way to Praia da Luz, if you are really in for a good day's walk.
To the south 15 minutes away from Lagos is Portimao and Playa de Rocha with golden beaches that stretch for as far as the eye can see and is a great day out for all ages.
To the west of Lagos the once upon a time fishing village of Praia da Luz is now devoted to the quieter side of the tourist trade and is the home of many residents from the colder northern climates. Further to the west is another small fishermen's beach village of Burgau. Moving even further west is the coastal village of Salema. Here will be found some small Roman ruins proving the existence of its past importance.
The furthest west town is Vila do Bispo and is a very small administrative town for the Sagres area, the later being the most south-westerly corner of Europe! This area is a must for every visitor to the Algarve as it presents a very impressive and dramatic sight of towering sheer cliffs being beaten by the weight of the vast Atlantic Ocean. It is from here that Prince Henry sat and planned the several epic voyages of discovery that enlarged the known world of that time.
To the north of Lagos on the road to Lisbon is the small town country town of Aljezur with some fine nearby west coast beaches. Originally a hamlet, the Moors constructed a castle in the 10th Century whose ruin still stands today overlooking this town.
One of the largest tourist spots is Albufeira is famed for its beaches, for the countless shades and tones of its rocks and cliffs. This is a place where people live to the rhythm of the great holiday destinations, sunbathing during the day and at sunset flocking to enjoy the restaurants, bars and discos that enliven the night-time hours.
There are plenty of buses that service Albufeira from Lagos or Vilamoura.
Lagos has plenty to do and see for all ages during your stay.

We recommend a welcome pack for late arrivals or if traveling with children they start at 35 Euro i.e. milk, tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, bread, butter/margarine, cheese, ham or we can supply your own choice.
There is a refundable breakage /loss deposit of £200
