The apartment is furnished to a high standard it has 3 double bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and the 3rd with 2 single beds. All beds have memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and ice maker.

There is a large living room with a 52 inch TV, DVD and wifi is available free of charge.

The apartment has 2 terraces. One covered terrace faces south east and the other south west. So the apartment gets morning sun and afternoon sun from 2 aspects.

There are 2 bathrooms one with twin showers and his and hers sinks and a family bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and shower.

The property has 2 allocated car spaces in the secure underground car park.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment.

Travelling as two mature couples we found the facilities at the apartment ideal for our requirements. With two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen/diner, two balconies and a large lounge we had plenty of space. The apartment is ideally located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment block and is in easy walking distance to everything Lagos has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-night stay and may well return in the future.

This property is well above average,in an excellent central location,close to more supermarkets that you could possible want for self catering.

We stayed for 2 weeks and found the location very good for beaches, restaurants, walking and in fact no need for a car as we used public transport...Both the train and buses (a bit erratic but so what)and provided a reasonable level of fitness, easy walking.

The apartment is well equiped with just about everything required needed including TV'S in all rooms ...If you can understand Portuguese. However the living room TV had all UK channels.

I would recommend this property to anyone and we had an amazing stay even if the pool water was freezing! ,

Very nice apartment

Very nice apartment in quiet situation. Close to marina. Well furnished. 10 minute walk from centre of old town. Keith, the owner, very friendly and helpful. Reponded quickly to any problems. Efficient transfer to/from Faro airport by owner’s son, James.

Fantastic Apartment in a Great Location

This was our first time in Portugal. We spent 11 nights at the apartment & all had a great time. Booking was a breeze & the owners were friendly and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We were a group of five, including two 18yrs old girls & a 14 yr old. The apartment has everything you need and is immaculate. Plenty of space, well equipped, comfy beds & good air con. The location is perfect - when they say everything is within 10 mins walk - it really is! We booked James, the owners son, for our airport transfer, & he was a pleasure to deal with- even pointed out some local eateries etc to try on the way to apartment. The cafe opposite (fresco) was a favourite of ours for lunch & very reasonable. Other highlights were baffi bar & Oasis bar (Marina). A favourite for the older girls was Whytes Bar - try the shots challenge!! We went Dolphin watching on the Tornado which was a wonderful experience -seeing the dolphins in their natural habitat. Lagos has plenty to offer everyone, young or old and I'm certain you won't be disappointed if you book this apartment for your stay.

Fantastic holiday, great apartment, great location

We had a wonderful stay at Lagos, the penthouse apartment was great, really spacious, clean and equipped with everything you would want for a holiday home for 10 nights.

The communication from the owners has been second to none.

Overall a fabulous holiday, in which we celebrated our 25 wedding anniversary with our family.

Great space, all mod cons, perfect!

I travelled 7th August with my husband and 2 sons aged 19 and 16 - all three of them 6ft+ and there was plenty of room in the apartment. Clean and well equipped - aircon; wifi; TVs in every room if that's your thing; coffee machine; washing machine etc. Quiet building. Great location - 10 minute stroll into centre of Lagos or to marina. Plenty of shops and restaurants. The balcony outside the master bedroom is spacious with umbrella; chairs and sofa and 4 sun loungers - it gets the sun all day. Another balcony off the lounge has dining table and chairs and is a lovely shady place. Cafe Fresco just across the street is perfect for breakfast and lunches and there's a Pingo Doce supermarket 5 minute walk from the apartment. Key collection etc all straightforward. Keith, the owner called one day to make sure all OK for us and Steven from the management co called round to unlock the safe after my husband locked it without following the instructions....Bed linen and towels changed half way through 12 day stay.

Highly recommended.

The apartment is located within 300 metres of the Marina and 500 metres from the town centre. Meia Praia beach, Lagos's primary and very lovely beach is within easy walking distance. Lagos was once the capital of the Algarve and is the port where many of the early explorers such as Henry the Navigator embarked on their epic journeys. This lovely historic town has many tourist attractions including a Slave Market, Castle and many famous Churches. It is a delight to walk through the narrow streets and discover the many cafes, bars and restaurants. The Marina has lots of attractions including boat trips to the grotto's, water skiing, dolphin watching, sailing and many more. The rest of the Algarve is easily accessed from the bus or railway stations which are adjacent to the Marina. The Spa town of Monchique, Historic Castle at Silves and 'lands end' at Sagres are all worth a visit. For Golfers there are numerous courses nearby.
