This beautiful semi detached townhouse with 3 bedrooms is situated in one of the most popular residential complex of cala d´or and cala egos at only a very short walk to the center.

The popular marina it is situated at about 100 meters walk from the complex and the nearest beach, the calo des pou is at only 5 minutes walk from the house.

The property offers on the ground floor 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living / dining area with access to a covered terrace and a lovely private garden that gives access to the community areas and the swimming pool area. Also situated on the groundfloor are the kitchen and laundry area.

On the first floor is the master bedroom situated with en-suite bathroom, a balcony and a large terrace.

In the direct area of the townhouse there are all kind of sports and activities to do for the whole family like golf, tennis, scuba diving, sailing, water skiing, son amar show, pirates, island tour, glass bottom boat trips, little train to cross cala d’or, go to the cala mondragó beach and many more.

The prestigious 18 holes vall d’or golf club is 15 km away. The island offers many golf courses and they are all within about 45 minutes drive.

The house is situated at only 100 from cala d’or luxurious marina with restaurants, some bars and boutiques. The nearest supermarket is at approximately 100 meters walk away from the property.

Cala d’or center is a fabulous stroll around the marina. In the direct area you will find a bowling center, shops, tennis courts, public bus.

A lovely house on a very well maintained complex but in need of some personal attention

The house was clean, spacious and cool with excellent air con. I loved the Spanish style of the house and its layout. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were great. The pools were also lovely and clean and the complex has a quiet and residential air about it. It's perfectly located on Marina d'Or 1 in Cala Egos, within easy walking distance of the marina,Cala des Pou beach, es forti and a small eroski supermarket.

The house just needs a few things adding and replacing to bring it up to standard. It comfortably sleeps 6 in 3 spacious bedrooms, but there are only 4 dining chairs around the table inside and outside. There were 2 very uncomfortable loungers in the lovely back garden, which is all that would fit there, but there could be more loungers up on the sun terraces. There were plenty of loungers around the pool. The padded chair cushions for outside were mouldy and need replacing.

In the kitchen, there is limited crockery and glassware, all of which needs replacing and there should be 6 of everything. Cutlery was rusty in the drawers and needs replacing. There were clean tea towels in the kitchen and bath towels in the bedrooms, but we had to buy a dishcloth and dishwasher tablets, and clothes pegs, which we think should be provided. There were no spare bin bags for the kitchen or bathroom bins and no bins in the bedrooms. Toilet rolls, hand soap, washing up liquid and kitchen roll were provided.

We went out to eat on our first night there and when we returned we had to cope with a cockroach cull. We think they get in through the air con vents, which should really have some sort of mesh inside them to prevent this. There was a mosquito screen on the upstairs bedroom window but not on any of the others.

Our general feeling about the property was that it was perfect in many ways but just lacked personal details and needs some care and attention and those extra touches to bring it in line with the standard expected to make your holiday as comfortable as possible.

We had read a previous review from August last year and it said similar things. It's a shame that the owners have not responded to the review to bring this lovely house up to date to make it the perfect holiday destination. If they did we would be recommending it to our friends and be back again ourselves.

So, did we enjoy our stay? - Yes! We had a great holiday, but we hope the owner reads this review and gives the house the attention it deserves so that we can return.

Every year we organize exterminator sessions for all our properties. Due to the use of chemical products, these sessions are always planned when the properties are empty. It is not possible to repeat when there are guests in Summer season. However, if you would have mentioned it to us during your stay, we would have tried to find any kind of solution. Great location, some updating/maintenance required

Fantastic location, very close to great restaurants and beaches. Pool lovely, grounds very well maintained. Busy enough but not overly so. Great air con. No issues with cleanliness but the place is tired and needs some updating. Bulbs were missing from lights, batteries in remote dead! The dining table only seats 4 and the outside table is not big enough to seat 6. High hair wasn't there when we arrived but this was sorted quickly by the agent. Did these issues spoil our enjoyment? Very slightly! All in all a great holiday, some lovely people on the complex. Great for kids, feels very safe for them.

Great location, nice villa & lovely pools

Villa is ideal for families, near to marina, Cala Egos and beaches within easy walking distance.

Villa had been well cleaned no issues and offered good value for money accommodation.

Company easy to deal with and always helpful.

Great place, excellent service

Very recommendable, especially for families with kids. Close to the "Cala's" and the Marina, but we used the child friendly swimming pool the most. The house was lovely, but the beds were very firm, i prefer softer versions.

The agents were easy to talk to, confirming initial payments and returning the depositum preciously in time, as described in the contract. We couldn't find/locate the house at first, due to the GPS, but the agents met us in the centrum, and we were escorted to the town-house which only took a few minutes. (tip: Print the information page with the agents phonenumbers).

Were planning on booking again next year.. :)

Not very clean. But good agency

Staying here for a couple of days, but decided to leave earlier. House overall not clean, humide and smelled badly. With some solid cleaning could be improved. Area ok, but wasn't for us as well. If you know cala dor and if you are up for touristy areas you will be right.
