Located just two miles from the heart of downtown Moab, this vacation rental is one of seven identical homes situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. You can enjoy peace and quiet after a long day of adventuring while still being conveniently close to shops and restaurants. In addition, Arches National Park is seven miles away, and Canyonlands National Park is 32 miles away.
Inside, this home is comfortable and welcoming - the perfect place to relax after a long day outdoors. In the living room, there's a large leather sofabed as well as two armchairs and a flatscreen TV. Browse the cable channels or plug your Netflix account information into the Blu-ray player for movies on demand. Complimentary WiFi makes it easy to share photos with friends back home.
Next to the living room, you'll find a well-appointed kitchen with updated appliances and plenty of counter space, making it easy to whip up a home-cooked meal. There's also a coffee maker, a blender, and a toaster, so breakfast comes together in a snap.

Up to 10 guests will sleep comfortably at this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home. In the master bedroom, you'll find a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a set of full-size bunk beds. The queen-size sofabed in the living room provides additional sleeping space.
After a refreshing night's rest, head to Canyonlands National Park or Arches National Park for a day of mountain biking through gorgeous scenery, and when you get back to your vacation rental, clean your bike at the on-site wash station. Toss your dirty clothes into the private washer/dryer while you cook up a tasty meal on the shared gas grill.
Spend an afternoon rafting the Colorado River, or go kayaking at Ken's Lake Recreation Area. After you get cleaned up, peruse the streets of downtown Moab, perhaps grabbing a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants, before spending an evening relaxing at your vacation rental.

Parking Notes: Parking is located on the right-hand side of the unit and is shared with #6.There is limited space for Trailers parking, there is a longer area to park between 6 & 7 that a vehicle and a trailer can be backed or pulled into. This area must be shared with unit# 7, be sure not to pull too far into the middle. RVs are not to be used on any property. Do not park by the wood fence across from the units. This is the road and access to homes.

OPTION 2 - K-M TRAILER PARKING 2431 Spanish Trail Rd 435-650-3866 This is a secure monitored parking with indoor parking options fee's are based on size of trailers, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Rates.
