3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Villa Close To Fuengirola

A delightful and wonderfully presented villa. This lovely holiday home has recently been refurbished inside and out. The refurbishment has provided an open and light environment but ensured that the character and welcoming feel has been retained.

The Villa has air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and is set over one level making sure everyone in the family can enjoy the property. Tiled steps lead up to the large front door which opens through to the well presented hallway. Take a right through the double solid wood doors you are greeted by a large open plan living area that hosts the dining area and lounge. The dining table easily seats up to 6 guests and makes a great place for family meals. The lounge provides comfortable seating on the leather sofas whilst entertainment is provided via the large flat screen TV with Freeview channels and DVD player. The lounge has a log burner so any nights in the cooler months are bound to be cosy ones. The large and impressive kitchen has plenty of work surfaces and looks out onto the side garden. All modern appliances are supplied and a useful double fridge freezer with ice maker on hand. There is access down from the kitchen to the lawn and pool.

A real feature of the living area are the sliding patio doors that let in lots of light and provide access out onto the covered raised terrace. The terrace looks out over the pool and has dining table and chairs along with a restful seating area which is perfect for sitting back with your favourite book.

The three bedrooms all lead off the hallway and are all of a good size. The master bedroom has an impressive en-suite and the villas quiet location ensures a good nights rest. The second bedroom also has a an en-suite with a walk in shower. The third bedroom has twin beds making it ideal for any children whilst the family bathroom with shower is just opposite. The bedrooms come with wardrobes and bedside cabinets providing you with plenty of storage. 2 Extra guests can be accommodated through camp beds which are available as optional extras.

Externally there is a private pool which has been recently re-tiled so looks stunning. Roman steps lead down into the pool to make access easy. There is a good sized terrace for sunbathing whilst those who prefer a little shade can shelter beneath a well established lemon tree. An outside shower is also available. The gardens are completely private and are not overlooked.
