In a pretty little ‘casa’ overlooking the water - a recently renovated and handsomely dressed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment for four conveniently positioned near the Church of the Frari in the San Polo district.

A jolly ray of sunshine on the first floor overlooking the ‘Rio di San Polo�� canal and a bridge on which stripe-shirted gondoliers pass the time of day and ply their ancient trade, the warm and welcoming Ca’ Dei Nomboli offers comfort and elegance throughout its spacious interior.

Stylishly presented with splashes of colour, accommodation comprises a large and semi-open plan sitting/dining room decorated and furnished in a tropical fruit cocktail of zingy ‘mandarino��, zesty ‘pompelmo rosa’, juicy lime and mouth-watering mango and featuring two tall windows with decorative balustrades overlooking the canal.

The modern kitchen with small breakfast bar to the rear is well-equipped and designed to make optimum use of the available space and, in keeping with the rest of the apartment (excluding bathrooms), has gorgeous wooden parquet flooring heightening the overall feeling of quality and adding a dash of period charm, while air-conditioning throughout plus Wi-Fi internet connection and a laundry room with washing machine on the ground floor add to the comfort and ease of your stay.

In contrast to the energizing tones of the main living area are two pretty-as-a-picture double bedrooms decked out for chilling out in soft blue and white seaside stripes reminiscent of lazy days spent at the beach - one to the rear of the apartment with its own beautiful en-suite bathroom with shower and the other overlooking the canal to the front and also with its own equally stylish bathroom with bathtub and shower over - and both with double beds which can be made into twins on request.

Very well located between the Rialto area in the north (with its famous food markets and labyrinth of alleyways) and the Dorsoduro district in the south (with its wide ‘fondamente’, antique shops and galleries) and only two minutes’ walk to the 14th century Church of the Frari, Campo San Polo and the jaw-dropping Tintoretto-filled Scuola Grande Di San Rocco.

Moments to a well-stocked 'Billa' supermarket and a great range of restaurants for both dining in and eating out and a stone’s throw to the vaporetto stop and 'Traghetto' gondola ferry at San Toma on the Grand Canal - ideal for trips (during operating times) over to the 'must-see' attractions of the San Marco district and beyond.

We absolutely loved our stay in Venice at this lovely apartment. Everything from our pickup at the airport to the time we left could not have been better. I am so happy that I chose this apartment and Views on Venice, and will recommend you highly to others. We loved the location on San Polo, it was perfect for us. Venice was so beautiful and full of surprises. We loved the food at the places Christina suggested to us, and overall we were just enchanted with Venice. I even spent one afternoon just relaxing in the apartment listening to the sounds of Venice from the canal outside, to the birds echoing between the buildings and it was one of my best memories of Italy. Thank you!

spacious, modern and well-equipped

We as a couple were traveling with a friend. We couldn't have been more happy with the apartment which is clean and well-equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Views on Venice has excellent service and when we got lost upon arrival a representative met us and helped us to find the well-hidden apartment. On the first floor so two short flights of stairs without a lift. We would absolutely stay there again and so would our friend. Lovely!!

Centrally located beautiful and pristine apartment on the Rio de San Polo canal!

The Ca' Dei Nomboli apartment is lovely! It has been tastefully renovated but has retained the charm that one seeks. It is located on the Rio de San Polo which provides for beautiful views from the lounge and the master bedroom. The San Tomà vaparetto stop is a short stroll away and it is a very short walk to the fish market, vegetable market, Rialto Bridge, Basilica Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari church and other interesting places. There are very enjoyable restaurants nearby as well as a grocery, bakery and butcher store . We used this apartment as a base for eight nights and enjoyed it immensely! The Views on Venice team, which helps with arrangements, seamlessly arranged private water taxis, a driver to Padova and was most professional and accommodating. In summary, this is a wonderful property that is managed very well. I will look forward to rebooking in the future.

Great location. We choose a winner,

Ca' Dei Nomboli is a lovely flat to rent. Perfect for four or five people. Location is excellent. Nicely furnished and would recommend this place to all. Listing was quite accurate indeed. Would love a return visit. Our only issue was the front door lock, keys would not work. We certainly hope this problem is now resolved. Happy travels.

Great apartment in a perfect location!

Everything about our stay exceeded our expecations. The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and best of all in a great location for exploring Venice. The pictures do not do the canal-front location the justice it deserves. It was really fun to wake up to the sound of boats going by in front of the apartment! The people from Views on Venice were very easy to work with and maintained good communication throughout. They helped us arrange taxi transfers and a boat tour, and have many other options available as well.

Beautiful Property!

Our stay at Ca’ Dei Nomboli was delightful. The two bedroom apartment is spacious and beautiful. The pictures shown represent the property perfectly. The canal and bridge right outside the window makes for a beautiful setting. You can’t beat the location in the San Polo district. You are in the center of Venice and everything is easy to get to. Lots of restaurants nearby and a grocery store on the corner was very convenient. Your own private laundry room is huge along with a drying rack. All the amenities that you will need is available.

Views on Venice is an excellent company to work with. They arranged water taxies for us, a car service, and maid service while we were there for 8 nights. They even arranged one of the king beds into twins for our kids before arrival.

I would recommend this property to anyone thinking about visiting Venice and I would recommend Views on Venice as a great company to work with.
