three bedroom apartment for 6 people ideally located in the center of town.

Newly finished floor of 135m2 in 2012. Located 100m from the beach and less than 5 minutes walk from the town square. It has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), large fully equipped kitchen, large dining room, utility room and balcony with table and chairs. Elevator.

Check Saturdays from 14h and departure Saturday at 10am.

Top Quality Apartment

Our 19th year in Port de Pollenca (which should say all that needs to be said about the resort) and this is one of the best apartments we've stayed in (if not the best ). Spacious rooms, top quality fixtures & fittings and masses of storage. Everybody (kids included) had unpacked and put everything away within 15 minutes of arriving unlike previous years where where storage has had to be fought over. Location is good being close to all amenities (front, square etc.) and allowed us to give up the car this time. The supermarket is literally across the road which is both convenient and entertaining, as you watch peoples parking antics from the balcony :). The supermarket is small compared to the larger Eroski but as good (if not better) and no more expensive. It's proximity was never an issue given the apartment is on the top floor. Maria and her family welcomed us on arrival and were a txt away if we needed them, which we didn't. Aside from linen changes we were left to enjoy the apartment in peace. More than happy to recommend the apartment to anybody. Andy

The flat is located 100m from the beach and only 5minutes walk from the town center. Puerto Pollensa is an area where you can enjoy both the mountains and the beach and you can perform a variety of excursions such as boating on the bay of Pollenca and even get these boats beaches well known as Formentor and to spend the day kayaking trips, biking .... Puerto Pollensa is a popular tourist area where there are many shops, restaurants ... 5km is the village of Pollença it is very quiet and you can visit the museum, Calvary, the Roman bridge ... In summer music festival of Pollença, the festivities are from July 26 to August 2.
