Located at the northern end of the island at 203 E. Evans Blvd., this one level house is easy, comfortable and convenient! We are one block to a guarded swimming beach and from the enclosed sun porch you can see the beach dunes.
This four bedroom has two updated bathrooms as well as an outdoor shower, and deck with grill. In the master bedroom there is a large walk in closet with a window that is big enough to hold a pack n play for a baby
The house has modern amenities, with stainless appliances, granite counters and new clean furniture! This summer we just installed a brand new washer and dryer.
In the attached great-room there is a HD Flat screen TV with cable. There are many places to relax in this comfortable house. The enclosed sun porch or deck is a perfect spot to take a lazy afternoon nap or cozy up to your favorite book.
We are in walking distance to town, the sea wall, the beach and The Links golf course.
There is central air as well as ceiling fans, a washer and dryer and WiFi. The house sleeps 9 in total in beds with 3 queens and one bunk (twin over twin) with an additional pull out twin underneath.
This house is child ready (bunkbeds, toys, a baby gate, bed-rail, pack n play, play ground, mini pool, wagon, etc.) with a large yard and a playground at the school only one house away.

“LBI several times (with friends) varies by property; much too overpriced; some beaches not as nice; harder to get to.”
“We rented a older house two years ago there and love the Island. The other house didn't have the moden amenities you do.”

Christine purchased this house in 2006
We have good friends who have owned in Brigantine for years. They had us down a few times and we just fell in love with it! It seemed like a real get away and had a different feeling than the crowded northern beaches. However, at the same time we loved the excitement and nightlife only a few minutes away. It truly has everything! Brigantine is very quiet, safe, and family oriented.
We love the fact that our house only 1 short block to the beach. It makes it so easy with the kids. When we first saw the house and then walked down to the beach, we looked back and saw the house! And from the inside porch, you can see the access and dunes! We love to ride our bikes everywhere on the island, especially up to Shark Park with the kids, mini golf, and arcade. At night we eithr BBQ on our deck or take strolls to either the park right next door, the sea wall or walk into town for dinner. Finally, I have to admit, that the outdoor shower sold me!! It is huge and so convienient! Ah, the small things in life....

We had a great time in Brigantine at this house! The owner was very responsive, and checking in and out was incredibly easy. The location, just a short block away from the beach, was perfect. The house comes with four beach badges, which got some good use! The house looks small from the outside, but there was more than enough space for six adults, a toddler, and a baby, and the layout of the living area is perfect for spending time with family. The house is well worn, but clean and comfortable. The only drawback we found was having to supply our own toilet paper. We'd definitely recommend this house!
Fantastic home less than 5 minutes (1 block) from the beach. Home had everything our party of 8 needed (including 3 kids under 5). Close to beach, close to AC. Nice deck with grill for relaxing, large backyard for kiddie pool. Great room provided plenty of space for the kids to play and have fun.
This home met and exceeded our every expectation and we would recommend it for families looking for a wonderful vacation at the beach!

Well situated, close to the beach and next door children's school park, with everything you need in the kitchen and two full bathrooms. However, in need of much love to complete the renovations started. The whole place needs to be cleaned and painted, the main bathroom ceiling has mold and mildew in the ventilation system, the mattresses are overdue in all three rooms and faulty shades with missing blades and no drapes needs correction. We never saw the owner but had easy contact by email and phone and she sent entrance instructions by cell phone. We enjoyed the beach but this rental is overpriced as far as we were concerned.
This house was great and came with everything you need. The host was one of the best I have dealt with and answered any questions immediately. Took less than 5 minutes to get to the beach and cabs to AC short as well. Would definitely rent again in a heart beat! Our group was 6 guys for a weekend away and this was perfect.
We had three couples, no kids so plenty of room and house was as advertised and a really good value house just a block from the beach. Host was communicative and friendly and all went really well. I recommend to anyone
