4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 10
We have loved Waterville Valley since our first visit in the late '70's. We bought our condo in 1999 and spent almost every weekend there in the winters, plus as much of the summers as we could, while our kids were young. Now that my children are adults, we continue to spend fun family times there in all seasons. Visit our Facebook page - WV Noon Peak E4 - for lots more photos and info.

Why Lori chose Waterville Valley
When searching for a second home in the Valley, I knew that the goal was to spend quality time with family and friends so we would need extra bedrooms for company and extended family. The layout of this condo lends itself to large multi-generational family groups - the open living areas and tucked-away sunroom make it perfect for relaxing stays. The main living area is open, but the sunroom, deck, and tucked away bedroom areas give everyone places to spread out or find a private nook.

Great condo in Waterville Valley NH
Everything was perfect. The instructions for where everything was and how to use were explicit and great. Noon Peak is an excellent condo.
Thank you, Wrightson Family, for taking good care of the condo. I'm glad you had a great visit to Waterville Valley, and I hope you can come back next year!
Great memories in Waterville
The property was great. Plenty of room for the whole family.
The host was kind and helpfull. We would definitely return next year.
Wonderful stay in Waterville Valley!
My family recently stayed three nights at this property. We were seven adults and there was plenty of room in the condo. The kitchen/dining/living area was open and well set up. Great fireplace. Lori checked in with us to make sure our check in went well. There were a few very minor items that she took care of immediately. The unit was well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms with excellent instructions everywhere. Lori was very attentive to making sure we had a great stay and we did. I would highly recommend this townhouse unit for a stay in Waterville Valley!
Great family condo close to Waterville Valley.
My family and my sister’s family shared the condo for a week and have zero complaints. The condo was well stocked, clean, and very comfortable. We all slept wonderfully in the beds. We use the ski locker for our snowboards. We enjoyed several of the games provided and we’re happy with the cable TV as well. We enjoyed the free shuttle service to the mountains. And the Rec center which was walking distance from the condo. We will definitely be back for another visit. Thank you Lori for your hospitality.
This 4 bedroom condo is large, comfortable, and very nicely situated among the trees and woods.
Our extended family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at this very pleasant and comfortable mountain vacation home. We had enough room to spread out and also to be together. Our 5 grandchildren had plenty of space to play. Our host Lori gave us very complete information about the condo, and was very responsive and helpful with our questions. She even brought back to our home a couple of items that we left behind. She was a joy to work with. We highly recommend this home for a family vacation in the White Mountains, and hope to return again in the future.

Our family had a fantastic weekend at Lori's home in Waterville Valley. The townhouse had more than enough room for all of us, and was well equipped with everything we needed. Lori's binder of information on the house ("Where to find...") and the area was very helpful. Lori answered my questions quickly and throughly. The ski shuttle bus stop is just outside the condos parking lot-very convenient. It couldn't have been a more pleasant weekend. I'm already thinking about next year's weekend in Waterville and Lori's home will be my first choice as a place to stay.
You were perfect guests, Susan, and I'm glad you had such a great time at our condo.
