A lovely bright spacious apartment with three bedrooms (2 double, 1 with a bunk bed and a single bed) and two bathrooms, (one with shower, one with bath and shower). Large open plan living space with fully fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces, large dining table and comfortable living room with free wifi, tv, dvd, cd player, dvds, games and books. Outside there is a private sunny terrace with mountain views, complete with table and chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue. 2 private free parking spaces.

The piste is just 20 metres from the front door

About Ali and Dave Williams at Valet d'Anniviers

We lived and worked in London for many years and bought this holiday home in 2006. After letting it out for a couple of years we decided to take a year off and come and live here for a year in 2008. We loved it so much we decided to stay and have now set up our own business here, offering a wide range of concierge and property services. We live in the village ourselves, so are on hand to meet guests and help with local information and answer any questions or problems.

We were looking for a holiday home in a ski resort for many years. We found many resorts that we liked, but there was always something missing. We wanted somewhere in a beautiful village, with lots to do in summer and winter, where we could have an apartment that was walking distance to the village and activities. When we stumbled, almost by accident, across Grimentz, we fell in love with it and stopped our search immediately. We bought off plan and took the keys 18 months later. We had many happy holidays there until our decision to move here permanently, and we have never looked back. Having initially bought it for skiing holidays, we now love the sunny, beautiful summer months as much as the snow filled winter ski season. There is an abundance of activities on offer in both the winter and summer to suit all ages and interests, or you can just relax and enjoy beautiful scenery.

What makes this apartment unique

Spacious, really well equipped, perfect for families and in a great location. We love the views and the sunny garden.

As we lived there for 2 years with young children, it has all the home comforts you might need on holiday, from dvds and games to comfy garden furniture and a kitchen full of gadgets.

What’s more we live just down the road so are on hand for any advice or to sort any problems, but above all to ensure you have a great holiday.

We will meet you on arrival, and be on hand throughout your stay, whether you need ski passes delivered, transport organising, fridge stocking, meals delivered, restaurants reserved or in house beauty treatments and massages booked, or just some ideas on what to do.....from overnight stays in a mountain cabane to day trips to the Italian lakes....a perfect destination for the whole family whatever your interests.

This lovely spacious ground floor apartment is ideally located just a few minutes walk from the village of Grimentz, the telecabine station, and next to the piste, for a perfect ski in ski out holiday. In summer, the piste is transformed to a beautiful wild flower meadow and provides the starting point for several beautiful mountain walks and biking trails.

Summer guests will all receive the Anniviers Liberte card for the duration of their stay, (at no additional cost). This pass offers the holder free access to more than 20 transport / activities in the village and surrounding areas, including the lift, buses, tennis, swimming and mini golf.
