Homey duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms for 7-8 persons, in Sotogrande (230m2)

Our apartment is situated in the small housing community 'Casas Cortijo' in the northern part of the urbanization Sotogrande, perfect to let your children run loose and have a nice holiday yourself!

The community of houses is guarded by security 24/7, Has A peaceful walled community pool at arm's length (also guarded entrance and locked at night), beautiful green and flowery surroundings with communal gardens and little pathways.

The apartment is part of the patio El Capataz 'on the entrance side and looks out on the 9th hole of the famous Valderrama Golf course (see more about Valderrama below) on the other side of the apartment. It's the top apartment (2 floors) of a typical Spanish white chalk little building into 4 apartments-which reside. The 230m2 large apartment comprises of: small entrance hallway, with the kitchen on the right, and behind the entrance a large living / dinging room with two balcony windows and a large terrace.

It has 3 bedrooms with each their Own bathroom and sleeps 7-8 persons. The apartment HAS conditioning.

The master bedroom is situated on the top floor (sleeps 2) With its own bathroom; the childrens' room on the ground floor (sleeps 2 in a bunkbed and Has A double bed where clause Hence 1 or 2 people can sleep, with own bathroom) and the guest room on the ground floor (sleeps 2 & Has A separate cot and own bathroom).

The rest of the urbanization is very peaceful and pleasant too, the beach is at a 10 minute drive through the urbanization by car or moped.

It is best to have a car to do some road tripping around the beautiful area, with Castellar, Tarifa, Ronda, Puerto Banus, Marbella and Gibraltar close by at 30 minutes to 1.5 hour distance.

The jewel of Spain's Costa Del Sol, Valderrama Golf Club is the region's most prestigious golf clubs, consistently ranked among the best courses in the world. In 1997 it Became the first golf course in continental Europe to host the Ryder Cup Matches, Volvo Masters, and it is a host to the European Tour's Volvo Masters and World Golf Championships as well. Valderrama features course conditions as good as it gets, with fairways like carpet and aprons smooth glass shaft, and is Awarded With The Audobon environmental certificate. The practice ground was called the best in Europe by Nick Faldo.

Muy amplio y zona tranquila

Apartamento muy amplio de 3 dormitorios. Situado en una zona muy tranquila de la urbanización Los Cortijos. Los niños felices con las zonas comunes, padel, piscina, zona de fútbol, columpios. El apartamento es antiguo (baños) pero tiene de todo. Bonitas vistas al campo de golf Valderrama. Muy buena estancia

Founded in 1962 by American Joseph McMicking, Sotogrande is a uniquely well kept urbanization in the South of Spain, near Estepona (1.5 hrs from Malaga Airport, 30 minutes from Gibraltar), with a warm climate all year round.

Famous for its golf courses and polo fields, it Has become an exceptional place to live or to just spend some time enjoying its many charms.

Every convenience imaginable can be found on its more than 2,000 hectares: wide avenues, a leisure harbor, two beach clubs, the best hotels, a colorful Marina and all kinds of services: restaurants, shops, banks, large supermarkets ... But is still Has The feeling of the traditional Southern Spain. Not spoiled by over-urbanization or overglobalization, it's a reflection of Spain's best lifestyle.
