1) The House sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom plus cot. (Please request

on booking).

2) This is a 3 bedroom property and out of season we close two bedrooms and

rented it out as a one bedroom so it is larger than most normal 1 bedroom

properties.

A single flight of stairs leads up from the front door to the first floor comprising of the master bedroom with king size bed and lounge/dining/kitchen area. On the second floor there is a good size luxury bathroom.

The lounge/dining/kitchen area is open plan containing a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and 4 burner gas hob, fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine and microwave plus most modern appliances. The comfortable lounge has a 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, a TV with Free view and a DVD player. A wi-fi internet is available free of charge.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and ample furniture

The bathroom has a large slipper bath to relax in after a hard day’s sightseeing and a separate shower, wash basin and toilet.

The property has gas central heating.

The House has one reserved parking bay in the multi storey car park approximately 3 minutes walks from the property to guarantee stress free parking especially during the peak season when Tenby town is closed to traffic between 11am and 5pm

Fantastic family holiday in the centre of Tenby

A huge thanks to Bex and Dave for their hospitality! We had a great holiday with our baby daughter! The house was amazing and they were both extremely welcoming. Even though we had originally booked one room only, they opened up a second room upon request for our toddler (she sleeps better alone). They also had a cot, a high chair and even a safety gate!

We highly recommend it! Thanks again!

Outstanding spacious accommodation in Tenby

We would recommend this to anyone looking for first class accommodation in the centre of Tenby. Right from opening the front door we were surprised by the high standard that had gone into making this a home from home. All the furnishings and fittings were of a high quality and my grandchildren were fascinated with 'the bath.' Everything we needed was available - plenty of kitchen equipment, a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. A bottle of wine and milk were a kind gesture. As we have family in Tenby, we visit two or three times a year and this has been the best accommodation to date and large enough for us to entertain our family. The parking space provided free of charge was also minutes away.

Also we were pleased that we could rent from mid-week to mid-week as most other self catering accommodation was only available from Friday or Saturday even out of season.

A problem we had with reception on the television was sorted straight away.

Having a secure entrance for the flat and other accommodation was a bonus.

Thank you Bex and Dave for providing high standard of accommodation and we will mostly certainly contact you again.

Fantastic Frog House - very highly recommended

We're sitting in Frog House wishing we didn't t have to leave yet. We always self-cater in the UK and always look for real 'homes from home' and this more than ticks every box. Our essentials are: a very comfy bed/bedding, lovely shower/bathroom, very comfy settees/living room, and a well equipped kitchen (even though mainly all we do is cook breakfast) - all these are provided and more. As Frog House is in the centre of Tenby (ie very accessible for everything) the parking permit is priceless, particularly when it's very busy. Whilst the weather can't be guaranteed, Frog House is guaranteed to make you feel at home. Very clean, very comfortable, very lovely - whilst other properties may be cheaper, you get what you pay for, and we loved Frog House.

Lovely property as described in good location.

Had a great first time stay in Tenby help by the location of the accommodation. The property was presented very well and had all we need. The wifi was of a good speed which is not always the case. The car parking arrangements in the multi storey near the Sainsbury's is prefect providing you are happy/able to take the 5 minute walk. Would look to book again but slightly expensive for 2 persons in June.

We find that the car park situation works well especially during the summer period when Tenby is a pedestrianised area and being able to pull up outside to unload luggage and shopping etc is ideal. Wonderful apartment, wonderful location

The property was exactly as advertised and was extremely clean and comfortable with everything provided that might be expected and a little bit more - tea, coffee and a bottle of wine was waiting for us when we arrived! Minor issues were quickly and pleasantly sorted as the owners are in the shop below. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The location is perfect for a seaside holiday with the beautiful beaches a few minutes away whilst there are lots of places to visit further afield if you wish. Being in the middle of the town meant shops, banks, restaurants all on our doorstep. It does mean there is a bit of noise in the street below in the evenings after the pubs close but nothing that bothered us. The designated parking was two minutes away but could bring the car outside the apartment to unload. All in all we would highly recommend both the property and the location both for family holidays and for holidays without children.

Great place to stay, very central, well equipped and clean. Thought Tenby was lovely we didn't want to leave ,the beaches are wonderful. Went to some good restaurants, must mention a Greek one named Mykonos where we had the best meal of the week.

A newly renovated one bedroom maisonette sleeping 2 plus cot, Frog House is located within the historic walled town of Tenby.

There are three fabulous blue flag beaches and boat trips are available from the harbour around the clear waters offering great opportunities to spot dolphins, seals and the other abundant wildlife or take a trip to Caldey Island to see the Cistercian monks and sample the home made chocolate.

Walk out of the front door and you are in the heart of Tenby with great access to shops and restaurants and within 2 minutes walk to any one of the beaches.

Walk along Tenby's South Beach toward Giltar Point and join the 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coastal Path for fantastic views of Caldey Island and discover some of Pembrokeshire’s many hidden coves. Walk the narrow cobbled streets of the old town lined with elegant Georgian properties or sit in one of the many cafes which offer alfresco dinning during peak season and people-watch visitors to the many gift shops, restaurants and public houses.

Frog House is also perfectly located for offering easy access to Pembrokeshire’s many visitors’ attractions such as Tenby golf courses, Oakwood and Heatherton theme parks, Anna’s Welsh Zoo and many more, or visit one of Pembrokeshire’s castles, Pembroke, Manorbier and Carew castles are all within a 15 min drive.

Tenby can also offer plenty to do for the more active holidaymakers with yachting, sea kayaking, windsurfing, and surfing and for the more extreme sporting enthusiasts’ coasteering (jumping off the cliffs into the clear blue seas!).

Wood Shop House is situated above The Wood Shop which is also run by the owner who is on hand to give tips and advice on hot fishing locations, great walks, quiet beaches, surf beaches plus much more local insider information. Keys and parking permit (£10 refundable deposit) can be collected from the Wood Shop any time after 4pm on the Friday of arrival and check out is by 10am on the Friday.
