Moor's Edge-Unit A, at the Village at the Moors, is a premier three bedroom townhouse(located beside Unit B #114238-another premier 3 bedroom townhouse), with fabulous views of the Moors, Herring Cove dunes and the Cape Cod Bay. It's stylish and high end, with a nod to the mid-century modern, but it's also homey. It's a place that you can kick back in, or serve up a splendid meal in, and it has all of the amenities that anyone would need for a fabulous vacation.
It boasts an 8 x 25 foot deck off the second floor living space, with unbelievable views off the grassy moors, bay and dunes. is furnished with with an outdoor sectional and small outdoor dining area. There is a same -sized porch off the first floor for reading or relaxing. There is also a private sun deck with wonderful views off the king bedroom on the first floor.
The townhouse comes with two parking spots. Because this is an established townhome community, it is important that guests adhere to the parking limits.
There are three spacious and comfortable bedrooms, one queen on the second floor with en suite bath, and two(one queen and one king) on the first floor with shared bath. The kitchen is granite and stainless, and the living room/dining area is comfortable and tasteful.
Ned Bradford is the Director of the Academic Enrichment Center at Curry College and Itzik Kamhine teaches math at the MA College of Pharmacy and Simmons College. We purchased this property because of its unique location and use it ourselves when it is not rented. We live in Boston and make sure that our guests receive the highest level of accommodations. We love the deep West End of Provincetown and think that it provides the perfect balance of access to town, and access to the National Seashore, bike trails and beaches.
Ned Bradford and Itzik Kamhine purchased this townhome in 2004
Our home is located at the end of the Cape, only several hundred yards from the end of Route 6. The views are spectacular, the setting is breathtaking, varied and unique, and the accommodations are modern, spotless, comfortable and stylish.
We love the three large and comfortable bedrooms, the cathedral ceilings in 2nd floor great room, the cozy living/dining room, the original art, the granite and stainless kitchen and the spacious west facing deck. You will too.
Dear Ned and Itzik,
Our first trip to the Cape has been lovely. We're delighted that we found such a comfy, spacious and child friendly home to spend our vacation in. Thanks for everything!
I have stayed here and the condo next to it 5 times now. It is a beautifully appointed home with gorgeous views and walking distance to Commercial Street yet quiet and lovely. The deck is a favorite for morning coffee or to watch the stars and moon at night. The beds are luxuriously comfortable and I always sleep well. I will booking again for the Fall.
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this beautiful home. The views from the top floor are spectacular, and the arrival of snow on the dunes was both unexpected and memorable! The property is spacious and equipped for every need, tastefully decorated and clean. Great layout for this family of four plus dog. Ned was easy to reach via email and even allowed us a late checkout! We will be back!
If you have come upon this review, your search for beauty and tranquility are over; this place is just a gem.
My family (and countless friends) have been coming to this condo annually now for more than a decade. (I came in the winter once, and it was gorgeous then, too.) It's a condo, yes, but it's a home: spacious, airy, cozy, clean, beautifully appointed, spectacular views….and it feels like you're at the end of the world with dune and ocean views and an enormous open sky overhead. As a straight woman (with straight children,) we have always loved the openness and friendliness of fellow Provincetown travelers and residents, and the owners of this condo are no exception and have become like friends to me and my family too. We spend months ahead of our trip here talking about 'when we go to the Provincetown condo'…it's truly a special place, a place i have come over and over to explore and breathe and refuel, and I am grateful to the lovely owners for pouring their hearts and souls into this magical home.
My fiancee, myself and our four kids came to Provicetown for our wedding. The Moors Edge location was perfect for our needs. The property is exactly as described with two bedrooms and a bath downstairs and a master suite and living area upstairs. The views of the marsh from the livingroom are beautiful. Despite it being near the road and intersection, the noise level is very low and presented no problems to our efforts to relax and enjoy a drink on the deck. We loved this location as it provided us a great base central to all of our wedding week activities. It provides all the advantages of staying in Provincetown, without the craziness, noise and activity of downtown. It is about a ten minute walk from the condo to the downtown area.
The property was clean and well maintained and provided everything you could want or need. Linens, towels, cookware, as well as a grill and a nice kitchen for those nights you are staying in.
The owner was very responsive and attended to any issues we did have while we there and he was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to base their Provincetown vaction from.
We were very pleased with our stay. It was nice to be away from the crowded center of town, an easy bike ride to the beach, dunes, and bike paths. The view is nice...something people staying in midtown would not have. The hosts are responsive to questions. We would stay here again if returning to Provincetown.
Some friends and I rented this townhouse for a weekend of grown-up Halloween fun in town, combined with some R & R at the townhouse.
This was perfect for us! We really loved everything about the unit - everything that's already been mentioned, plus the fact that the sunsets lasted so LONG! Breathtaking!
This special spot in the West End of Provincetown, on the edge of the National Seashore, is full of variety, nature and views. It's perfect for those who are into eco-tourism, but who want a gorgeous place to return to at the end of the day. Take a walk across the breakwater, or hop on your bike and hit the trails. Put your kayak in the water 100 yards down the road and paddle out into the harbor. Walk or bike to stunning Herring Cove Beach. At the end of the day, enjoy a refreshing beverage on the elevated deck as the sun dips below the dunes. Walk or bike a mile up Commercial St to Town Center, or hop the Ptown Shuttle, which stops outside your door every 30 minutes, and be in town in less than five. After dinner stroll back down Commercial street, or catch the Shuttle back and finish the night by gazing at the evening sky.....
Based on the reaction from former guests, we're sure we'll be back.

If you have a larger group, up to 10-12, please note that our other unit, Unit B, (114238) is a mirror image. Because there are two separate units, connected by the second floor deck and porch, you have the feel of togetherness, without being on top of each other. This kind of setting is hard to find.
