This immaculate semi-detached villa comes complete with a fully fitted kitchen, open plan to a large bright living and dining area with two ceiling fans and two sets of french doors opening to the veranda, integrated air-conditioning/heating system throughout. In the hall is the shower room complete with single shower, fitted furniture, hand basin and w/c. The oak staircase leads to the 3 bedrooms and seperate bathroom with bath, walk in shower cubicle, fitted furniture, hand basin and w/c. The covered veranda provides a shady dining and relaxing area seating 6 and overlooks the mature landscaped gardens, private pool and outside shower.

Staying in Cyprus, it is very easy to slip into their relaxed pace of life. Relax and bathe in the sunshine by your own pool or choose to explore the many natural splendours the area has to offer.

Our Bayview villas in Argaka are ideally situated between the Mediterranean coast and Paphos forest overlooking the traditional village of Argaka. Each villa has been recently built and are of Timber Frame Construction offering fully insulated and double glazed accomodation. The villas come complete with luxury fitted kitchens, oak/pine staircases and finishing's, private swimming pools and beautiful landscaped gardens. The villas are 45 minutes drive from Paphos International Airport and only a few kilometres from the the towns of Polis and Latchi.

About Carol Angus

Angus Homes Cyprus is primarilly run by Mr James Angus a resident himself of Argaka. After a holiday to the area, Jim decided to take his wealth of building experience from the UK and build quality villas for sale and rent in Argaka. With over 30 years experience in the trade Jim exported the timber frame kits from the family business in Scotland to Cyprus along with all the fixtures and finishing's back in 2006.

This was a very practical and comfortable house. We were six adults (no children) and felt right at home at the villa. We loved (and used a lot) the bbq outside. We also appreciated the fact the owner managed to provide us with two double-bed bedrooms, instead of the two singles that was listed. We were a little disappointed by the size of the pool, though. From the pictures on the website, one could not tell it was so small. I would definitely consider staying there another year, but would love it if it was a little more isolated (no holiday is without music!) and if the pool was a bit larger.

Argaka is a typical Cypriot village with a beautiful church which hosts the most wonderful weddings, a spectical worth seeing and enjoying. Traditional village houses are speckled with modern villas embracing holiday makers with open arms. The village has a grocery shop stocking all your basic needs and the aroma from the bakery next door will make it almost impossible to bypass. Bars and restaurants in the village serve local cuisine as well as firm family favourites. The beach at Argaka is a mix of sand and small pebbles, during July, August and September there are 2 species of sea turtle nesting on the beaches. Crystal clear blue sea stays warm until the end of November.

Polis at the centre of Chrysochous Bay and on the edge of the Akamas peninsula nature reserve is a quiet, friendly tourist resort, a mere 10 minute drive away from Argaka and has a large supermarket, a variety of shops, banks, pharmacies, A & E hospital, hairdressers, restaurants and bars.

Nearby, Latchi is a must for its fish taverns, sea sport facilities and boat rides up to Akamas.

The much anticipated Limni Golf resort is currently under construction at the old disused copper mine in Limni. A mere

1 km from Argaka. This golf resort will feature 2 championship golf courses, a marina with 200 berths, a five star hotel and 650 villas.
