About the property

Beautiful and spacious renovated and refurbished in 2012 80 m2 apart with great lateral view over Nice famous beach and over the bay from the large windows of the living/dining room and from the balcony.

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building on the Promenade des Anglais, at Magnan Place, a few minutes from shopping and restaurant pedestrian district.

Original parquet flooring in the living / dining room and in the 2 bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge, stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and cloth washing machine.

One bedroom has a double bed, the other one two single beds (sleep 4).

Bathroom was very recently fully redesigned in modern Italian style. Toilets are separated.

The apartment offers a high level of comfort and has automatic shutters, under floor central heating, large screen TV (CNN, BBC, …), wi-fi internet access and a lift.

Common parts of the building such as the stairways were fully renovated in june-july 2016.

Great Apartment!

We took our grandaughter for the half term week. We had a great time.

The location is marvellous with amazing views over the bay and a very nice restaurant just below. Very well equipped spacious apartment (Several we looked at were half this size.) Buses to take you everywhere.

Very helpful owner who speaks perfect English and Katia who will make you very welcome.

Great location and host

The other reviews are accurate. This apartment is perfectly located. The bus system is easy to use and we went everywhere in Nice using it. The apartment is quiet if the windows are kept closed (unless an ambulance goes by on the busy street below). We were there in July so it was very hot. There were 2 fans which made it bearable if you weren't moving and stayed sitting in front of them. I loved to sit at the table in the morning and watch the joggers go by. The only reason I didn't give the apartment a 5 star review was because it was so hot. After a long day of sightseeing, it was difficult to come back to a hot place. The apartment itself is spacious. The beds were ok. The owner and his associate were helpful and the apartment was easy to book. I would definitely stay here again, but not in the heat of the summer.

Quietness of the bedroom on the street side is ensured by a double-window system which is even much more efficient than the traditional double-glass window. Now I am sorry that you suffered from the heat of this july month which indeed was exceptionally hot. We booked this apartment for a week as a base for our visit to the EUROS 2016 football in France. Our wee country (Northern Ireland) were playing one of their matches in Nice. This excellent apartment is situated on the Promenade des Anglais and is within easy reach of bars, restaurants along the promenade as well as the old part of Nice. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay in Nice very enjoyable, spacious lounge/dining area with sea views, comfortable bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. The photos are very accurate, it is just as advertised and described. The owner and his representative were very helpful with any questions we had and even made arrangements to enable us to store our luggage to allow us to enjoy our last day without the hassle of luggage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nice.

Perfect location in Nice

We booked the apartment for two weeks in March and liked it so much that we decided to book for a third week. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well situated on the Promenade des Anglais. From the dining area, you also get a view of the sea and the street activity, but it is also very quiet. There are several grocery stores nearby, and a great bistro a few steps from the building. There is also a bus stop in front of the building that can take you to Cannes, Cagnes sur Mer and major points west. On the other side of the street, several bus lines pass by which can get you most places in Nice. The owner, Yves is very accomodating and answers questions quickly. Next time that we're in Nice, we will try to make certain that we stay there again.

Everything You need!

We were absolutely happy with this appartment! The location is super - right across the promenade with the seaview and you can go everywhere by foot (old town, shopping district etc). There`s a nice restaurant right downstairs and a bakery with fresh croissants and everything else tasteful. There`s also a supermarket about 150 m from the appartment and a parking house and ATM. The appartment itself is large, light and has everything you could imagine - even instant coffee and washing powder. And you can adjust the light in rooms, so it`s possible to sleep in complete darkness if you prefer. We used to have breakfast on the balcony and enjoyed the beautyful view. So we would recommend this appartment and go back ourselves definately.

perfect for a holiday by the Mediterranean in Nice

We had not realised from the photos that the apartment is in a building actually on the sea front so it is literally 2 mins to the beach. A very well-equipped and comfortable apartment in a secure, clean building. Everything worked well.

The apartment is ideally situated for walking into Nice, the new and old towns, or there are plenty of buses with stops outside.

The information sent by the owner about transport was very useful and the welcome provided by Katia, the owner's representative, was warm and friendly and set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday. Certainly a place to return to. We even got a sun tan!
