Situated in a small complex of only 12 apartments with a large garden and shared pool suitable for adults and children in the heart of the Millennium Golf Course and overlooking the 15th Fairway and directly over the pool. Access to the pool is via a staircase and rear door direct into the garden.

3 bedroomed - all with oversize twin beds and 1 ensuite. Additional shower room and toilet. Large lounge/dining room with feature fireplace with full dining table, large flat screen TV with sky, DVD and Video player and music system and ipod docking station, access to the front balcony from the lounge which is a real suntrap late afternoon.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and table and chairs. From the kitchen is access to the beautiful large secure balcony with built in BBQ and full dining set, umbrella and sunbeds. It is a real suntrap and shelter as there are no apartments above.

We are private owners who have furnished our apartment as 'home from home'. We run and maintain the property to a high standard. We have enjoyed many times there with our teenage girls and our sons who are 9 and 3 and we are looking forward to more happy times with them and our family and friends.

Why Sarah and Kevin Yates chose Loule region

We fell in love with Vilamoura and the apartment on our first visit to the Algarve. It was late October and beautifully warm. We love the weather and have been in every month of the year and always had sun! We got engaged in a restaurant in Vilamoura marina and bought rings from a lovely antique jeweller in the marina who is still there! The location of the apartment is both beautiful and quiet but not far away from many attractions and activities. Family members are keen golfers and particularly enjoy the surrounding courses and golf academy with driving range and full practice facilities. The pool and beach are big favourites with all of us especially the children who never want to leave!

What makes this apartment unique

We purchased the apartment from new and particularly fell in love with the quiet, not overlooked, location, the views over the golf course and the beautiful garden area and large pool.

The marina is stunning, fantastic boats, huge array of quality bars and restaurants and a great place to spend lots of time 'people watching' and relaxing in the sun.

We were particularly impressed by the quality of Vilamoura with palm tree lined avenues and beautifully maintained gardens and the stunning 7km of sandy beach. It all 'oozed' quality and we wanted to be a part of that.

Located in a quiet and secluded location, overlooking the 15th Fairway of the Millennium Golf Course but not far from the beautiful Vilamoura Marina with lots of bars, restaurants and activities. On the way to the marina is a Fitness Trail, the terrain is flat for cycling and a little road train runs around Vilamoura on a regular basis.Falesia beach is a stunning 7km sandy beach with some small bars, restaurants and toilet facilities.

Some of our favourite days out are Zoo Marine, the Waterpark, Krazyworld, Super mini Golf and the Sand Sculptures. There are many supermarkets in the area and for a good shopping experience you can wander round the marina, drive to Algarve shopping which opens very late and is a full shopping centre with bowling and cinema too. In Vilamoura is a tennis centre and an equestrian centre and a leisure club. Not far from Vilamoura is also a Karting centre. For more historical outings you could visit the ruins in Vilamoura or take a trip out to Silves. There are some lovely restaurants away from Vilamoura too, especially on Quarteria beach and in Almancil and the Old Village.

Very pleasant apartment and surrounding area.

Spacious 1st floor apartment, ideal for young or older families.

Everything in the apartment you could possibly need.

Lovely pool and outside area.

Your own transport is needed, beach, shops and harbour only

a few minutes drive away. Best beaches very close by.

30 minutes from Faro airport. The old Faro is a lovely place to visit.

If you enjoy a game of golf you will be stuck for choice on courses.

Overall a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thank you Kevin & Sarah.

Nice apartment, loads of space, pool was great, thumbs up!! Owner very accommodating- thanks.

Property was great. 12 apartments in the block which meant that the pool was never too busy. Loads of room in the apartment, with 3 bedrooms and loads of sleeping options. Video, wii and wifi available which meant that there were loads of options available away from the pool, if this was needed (great pool and good weather). Pool is deep on one end so need to ensure small kids are supervised.

Nice and quiet in the evening - loads of family time on the balcony. Overlooking the golf course so very private. Went to the zoo marine which was good , kids loved the mini- golf and the marina was great in the centre of the town. Only negative was how far out of town it is. It is about a 5/10 min drive so no option of walking in or out. Having said this, we were aware of this before we travelled and had a car so this was not an issue. If you don't have a car, this may become an issue. Parked next to McDOnalds every day and evening ( free parking), which is just across the road from the marina, making it stress free.

Great welcome on the first day and got in early as scheduled. It was great as everything worked like clockwork. Late flight on the last day and owner organised a late checkout which was fantastic - this meant this day was mellow and we got some pool time this day also.

Perfect!

The property is located in a gorgeous golf course community. The villa itself is spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The owners were extremely helpful and informative leading up to our stay, providing us with toys and other equipment for our baby. They also sent out an A-Z information pack which meant we could make the most of the local area and the facilities. Would highly recommend!

Relaxing

We have been staying at this apartment for the last three years running which in itself will give you an idea of our views. On our first visit we were given complete instructions as to how to get there being about 25 minutes drive from Faro and were met by either Ray or Carol who are responsible for the high standard of maintenance required by the owners. We hired a car as my wife finds it hard to walk far and we were concerned about being on the first floor. On arrival, the 15 steps up to the apartment were gradual and with a landing about half way up. they were not difficult to climb. We were more than pleased that we had chosen to be on the first floor as the suntrap balcony and lack of any overhanging properties meant that we could spend all day outside.The uninterrupted views over the golf course and the pool were delightful. A BBQ is available and encourages eating in the open air. Our family, which includes our two grandsons, come to visit and even then there is plenty of space and still feels very homely. The apartment is just about 15 minutes from the beaches which our grandchildren love and the marina at Vilamoura is always full of life. The neighbouring town of Quarteira with its more local population and its lovely esplanade where one can stroll leisurely alongside the sea and with benches at regular intervals makes it a regular event. Local supermarkets are open all hours and numerous restaurants cater for all tastes and budgets. All in all a lovely place to relax and enjoy a holiday knowing that the accommodation, the customer service and the area are all first class.

Just loved it all!

The holiday had a couple of firsts for us...visiting Portugal and hiring an apartment.

So a little apprehensive but from the off the owners were so helpful with advice from everything from flights to what to do and where to go when we got there.

The Villa is in a great location along side the fairway of the Millennium golf club - it was so quiet and relaxing...didn't play golf as we were far too busy sunning ourselves on the balcony with it's BBQ or down at the pool side which we enjoyed - large, very clean and well maintained as is the surrounding area.

The Villa was immaculate...very clean, spacious, well maintained and had every thing to hand that we need.

We didn't hire a car as we like to walk, but next time we will to ensure we get out and about...there are some beautiful beaches and coves to visit in the area and so safe - ideal for those with a young family.

A visit to Vilamoura Marina is a must, particularly at night, great restaurants and bars...a little expensive at those at the front but we found some less so but equally as good at the back of the Marina...my wife said the shopping was pretty good as well!

The owners also recommended a number of Portugese restaurants that we visited in the nearby picturesque towns - they were excellent...great food and value.

We had a marvellous holiday...we loved the area and the Villa...you can be sure that what you see on the owners web site is what you get...highly recommend!

We came back relaxed and tanned...will be back for more of the same!

We'll definitely be coming back!

A very clean, very homely and spacious accommodation. The location is best served with a car, the setting is so relaxing and tranquil and ideal for a young family or couples. The beaches in the area are superb and very safe. We hired a car and visited some of the fantastic coves to the West and also some lovely towns in land notably Loule on market day.

The owners also recommended a number of restaurants to visit and I would also highly recommend you visit these, we had some superb meals. Mind you a BBQ at the villa is also a must with meat from the the local supermarket in Vilamoura.

The pool area is excellent, large, very clean and well maintained.

The Marina at Vilamoura is superb at night, excellent restaurants on the marina front that maybe a little more expensive than in land but still excellent food.

The owners are rightly very proud of the Villa and go to great lengths to keep you informed of what's happening in the area during your stay, making recommendations and just ensuring you have a great time.

Overall we could not fault the Villa - we had a superb holiday and of course the weather was excellent.

We'll be back!
