If it’s a rustic and sprawling property you’re after in Sicily, Villa Sahin will certainly not disappoint. Every part of this appealing farmhouse property welcomes you with earthy tones and a rustic appeal. The large living area is open plan and benefits from a high ceiling sloping up to one side.
This reveals a number of other areas on the first floor, areas to be explored once you are settled into the property.
There are three double bedrooms here, as well as one further twin bedded room. Every bedroom has its own beautifully finished en suite bathroom with a shower, which makes the Villa Sahin ideal for larger families or groups of friends travelling together.
You’ll also enjoy cooking meals in the simple yet well equipped kitchen. The dining area is close by, although you may well be tempted to head outside and enjoy a meal on the patio area instead. With trees, grasses and vegetation growing nearby you’ll feel as close to the natural world as you would if you went out to explore the nearby areas of Sicily. Of course you could also retire to the armchairs that are to be found under the trees in another delightful corner of Villa Sahin.
The delights continue as you discover the infinity pool that is provided for your exclusive use. With its nearby patio you’ll find plenty of reasons to sunbathe and enjoy the outdoor space, while the quieter surrounds of the Zen garden beyond should also be explored. With private parking, all the amenities you could need plus many more luxuries, the Villa Sahin is one of the finest farmhouses you could ever step foot inside.
Services included: Local assistance H/24, Linen and towels, Final Cleaning, 330 kwt a week electricity, Wi Fi.
Villa Sahin benefits from its wonderful position in the town of Castelvetrano. While it may look a little crowded on the map, you will feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere when you arrive at the villa. However it also has the advantage of offering you many sights worth seeing within a short distance of its front door.
For example, you can learn about the history of Castelvetrano as a farming town, producing many fine olive trees and vines from which the locals enjoy oils and wines. It’s not just mouth watering luxuries that can be found here though – you’ll find Selinunte not too far away as well. This is one of the best known archaeological sites in this area of Sicily.
