For many years we were looking for a house to buy in the south of Europe.
Hopefully to enjoy it, when we will be retired and escape our winters.
Then we discovered the houses of Bonalba, situated at the golf course, not too far from shops & beaches, restaurants & towns and not too far from an airport, but still located at a peaceful location.
Since then we are the proud owners of our lovely house at the golf course of Bonalba.
If our calendar shows no availability for your chosen period, you can still request this period with us, as our identical neighbourhouses are also for rent, so we can perhaps help you to rent one of the houses of our neighbours.

Why they chose this property
We love to play golf, swim in our pool, sit in our garden reading, sunbath at one of the sandy beaches of El Campello or San Juan or go for a trip to Benidorm, Alicante, Altea etc.
We enjoy our house and many tenants with us, who have booked our house through Homeaway.

What makes this property unique
An attractive villa within the community of Los Naranjos at the Golf Bonalba Resort with picturesque views towards Alicante, the sea and the mountains. Los Naranjo s security gated. The villa has gardens, front and rear and terraces. There is a fully equipped kitchen and in the living/dining room there is Satellite TV and a Tape/CD player. Wifi available: 20 euros per week. A selection of children’s games are provided. A cot and high chair are also available.
The Bonalba Golf Resort nestles in the foothills of the Sierra de Bonalba overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.25 minutes from Alicante airport. Approx 4 Km from the beaches of El Campello & San Juan.If you become bored with relaxing by the pool or laying on the beach the villa is ideally situated for exploring the region. Benidorm is approx 20 minutes away on the motorway where there are many attractions including the Terra Mitica theme park, a huge water amusement park called Aqualandia and Mundomar which is a marine & exotic animal park with daily Dolphin shows. There are many historical towns to visit including Murcia,Orihuela,Elche (the shoe manufacturing capital of Spain) and not forgetting Alicante (approx 10 mins away).So often overlooked but it is a lovely town for a days shopping with numerous restaurants and cafes to visit. There are tree lined avenues to wander down or just to sit and watch the world go by.
A complete set of towels and bed linen are included in the rental charge.
