Apartment located in front of the Ria de Santoña two rooms with bed of 135 and two of 90, and a spare bed in the lounge for the 5th person, fully equipped with all the utensils that are needed, a large living room with the best views and sunsets from where you can see the birds of the Natural Park of the marshes of Santoña, the decor is in keeping with the maritime area, has read books, TV and DVD, canoeing lovers have a ramp down to RIA 100 meters. The kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Its proximity to the motorway and the beaches of the area make it the ideal place for summer holidays or for offseason place. Very nice place and friendly people. The apartment was new and well furnished.

Perfect for visiting the nearby area. We recommend it.

Casi perfecta

Cuidado y bien equipado (se agradece el secador y el dvd con puerto usb)

Vistas inmejorables (lo mejor).

Pueblo con 3 bares panadería,un súper...

Buena ubicación para ver lo interesante de los alrededores.

A mejorar:colchones (qué dolor de espalda !!!!) y leve olor de tabaco en el piso el día de la entrada.

El garaje no conecta con la vivienda por ascensor.

Recomendable probar el chocolate con picatostes,uhhmmmm;)

Very nice stay at Limpias!

We had a very nice vacation at Limpias! Friendly people in de building, the appartment itself was very comfortable. Supermarket on walking distance and beautiful surrounding. The beach just a few minutes away by car.

The only thing we missed, was the possibility to eat outside. And for us it was sometimes difficult nearly nobody speaks English (we are from Holland).
