Jacobs Ladder has an ever so slightly different feel to it. Your orientation is towards the East as you look out of the living room windows in the direction of Broadstairs. Here, if you are up early enough (or late enough) you will be able to watch the sun rise. It's a truly marvellous spectacle and one which either sees you start or finish your day on a high.
There is a sense of extra room in the this apartment ue to how the property has been laid out and perhaps this is to do with the dining furniture's position and the kitchen situated where it is that makes the living space feel slightly bigger. Additionally, you have great views out to the front of the building, greeted almost entirely by beach and sea.
The orientation of the apartment again makes you feel totally connected to the sea. The height of the apartment and the long edge of the living room leaves you just yards away and above the beach.
With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this property suits a family perfectly.

We have arrived safely and would just like to say hello.
We love the flat with its whole interior and atmosphere, and of course the wonderful view. We were quite surprised at how well equipped the flat is, especially the kitchen.
We found everything alright, including the keys for the windows and balcony doors.
