This condominium home has two bedrooms and 2 full baths (1 master suite with a king bed and a second bedroom with 1 queen bed - there is also a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room). With over 1100 interior square feet and an additional 144 square feet of covered lanai it is a spacious alternative to staying in a hotel. The ground level lanai abuts one of the greens of the Waikoloa Beach golf course and has an unobstructed view of the Kohala Mountain.
This home has been fully outfitted - the kitchen has a range, microwave, GE Profile refrigerator, and dishwasher. A full-size stacking washer and dryer are also located within the unit. Cable, internet, and unlimited local and long-distance phone calls are included in the rate ensuring your entertainment and comfort. New hardwood floors were installed in 2009 updating this already beautiful interior.
Fairway Villas has a beautiful recreation center with an infinity edged pool, hot tub, and small workout facility within a one minute walk of the unit. These facilities are restricted to use by the owners and guests at Fairway Villas - Guests and residents are welcome to use the BBQs located near the pool which are maintained by the Association.
World-class Kohala Coast golf courses are within minutes of this home including the Beach and Kings’ courses at Waikoloa Beach, the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Prince courses, and the North and South Mauna Lani courses. Wonderful restaurants are within walking distance from the Fairway Villas including Roy’s Waikoloa and Merriman's Cafe in the Kings’ Shops.
Linens, towels, soap, and other conveniences are provided by the housekeeping staff to get you started. In short, you will feel like a guest of the resort and enjoy the comfort of a spacious two-bedroom condominium with the flexibility of a private home.

This is a wonderful location with constant breezes and comfortable temperatures. Waikoloa Beach Resort has a beach, restaurants, and shopping within a short walk of the condo. It's a vacation spot which allows family members to indulge various interests without having to leave the resort.
Jump in the car and the island is there for the taking.

The condominium we stayed in was impeccably decorated and all of the appliances and accessories necessary. We lacked for nothing. Can walk to all restaurants and stores. It even had some beach chairs and boogie boards from prior vacationers. Close to the beach, hot tub and pool were great. The grounds were kept clean and well maintained. Had my coffee every morning out on the lani and watched the golfers putt out. Would highly recomend it to anyone. Return trip, inevitable.
my family of five had an awesome time! the place is nice and clean and well located. we walked to a-bay beach, to the shopping mall and restaurants. it's close to the best beaches on the island. we can highly recommend it.
The pictures show the real thing. Why am I saying this? I've been to two other rentals in this trip and boy they doctored up their photos. This place is great, situated in a beautiful community. The condo has lovely two large bedrooms + 2 large bathrooms, patio is looking out to a super nice golf course. We have access to snorkeling equipments (5 sets), beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and other stuff for kids to play on the beach, plenty of towels. Kitchen equipments are adequate and clean. The only problem we encountered was that AC was not working properly and the couch is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture ever. That's why I give it 4 stars; otherwise, it's just perfect.
Love at first sight. We arrived late at night and I was expecting to be walking into a dark condo. It was a pleasant surprise to see lamps on which made our first impression quite nice. It was beautifully decorated and well appointed. Everything was upscale. From towels to glasses.
This place was the cleanest place we have ever rented from. We were there for 2 months and the owner even emailed us to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. I emailed back saying next time it would be longer. The management company that maintained the condo was top notch and the friendliest I've ever dealt with. The whole complex was well maintained and again everybody you met was Always friendly. The gym is getting all new equipment this year with a huge budget to upgrade. I love that it is an open air plan. We will difinately rent this place again. My husband just said don't make it sound so great as it will be rented next time, and we will have find another place. Thanks for a wonderful 2 months.
We just returned from 8 days on TBI and had a wonderful time. It's our second trip there and the Fairway Villas were the best location to stay in the Waikoloa beach area by far. Walk to Starbucks in the morning, or the general store, or Merrimans cafe in the Kings shop. All just a few minutes stroll. This unit faces the mountains which I realize now is the best view. Mornings were great as I sat on the Lani and watched the sun creep over the shoulder of Mona Kea every morning. Everything you need was here - cooler, boogie boards, and some kid stuff that we didn't use. We always bring our own snorkel gear and use it daily, but the little boogie boards were perfect to float on for extra flotation for those that want it. the South Kohala management team were excellent and great to work with for payment, checkin and if you need any extra services. They called on Saturday, our second day there to check in and see if everything was OK. Great service! We will be back and be calling them again.
This was a top notch rental unit. We enjoyed our stay and it was hard to leave. The owner was very helpful prior to renting and arrival and everything was as the pictures and info on the listing stated. Location was great. We enjoyed being close to the Kings and Queens shops and had lots of walks to the shops in the evenings. Great location for exploring the island. The view of the golfcourse and mountians from the unit. Hope we have the opportunity to return.
