Apartment located beachfront with private garden and garage. It is a ground floor 3 bedroom apartment for 5/6 people.

Located in a quiet place to enjoy the wonderful sunrises and worthy of the best postcards environment.

The beach, garden walk, has 70 mts. wide and more than 10 km in length from the Yacht Club Alcudia to Ca'n Picafort. Presents a clear and low ideal for children to play on the shore, safely and with a thin and soft touch sand, which makes it ideal for quiet walks or enjoy in doing a little running water depth. It is possible to do water sports such as sailing, surfing, volleyball, paddle ..

Enjoy a quiet evenings in good company after a full day of good feelings dining on the large terrace with direct access to the beach.

The apartment consists of the following units:

2 double bedrooms (1 double. 150 cm + 2 singles) and 1 single bedroom (single bed) and a sofa bed. Possibility for baby cots.

2 bathrooms (1 en suite).

Kitchen with breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen (hob, electric oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.)

Dining room with air conditioning / heating, satellite TV- overlooking the terrace and garden overlooking the beach.

Apartment decorated with simplicity and good taste with new furniture, halogen lighting, etc.

Leisure and activities:

L The Albufera Natural Park is a 5 min. by car and about 15 min walk. Worth a visit at dawn or sunset to enjoy its landscapes and animals.

The area has restaurants, a 10 min walk, great quality and at 10 min drive you can reach Puerto de Alcudia, entertainment hub with its restaurants, bars, pubs and shops. In the harbor you can enjoy a quiet drink after making purchases for the family.

In Alcudia, walled city, all kinds of small traditional shops are in the old town,

(Ovens, goldsmiths, etc .....) and in the center you can find some of the best restaurants in the area.

Weekly market in Alcudia on Tuesdays and Sundays.

Notes:
The apartment is located in a privileged area facing the sea, the beautiful beach is fine white sand, sea water is crystal clear and turquoise. The sunrise is spectacular with its brightness and breakfast can be something wonderful from the terrace of the apartment. From the garden you can directly access the beach, making a great comfort for the whole family. From the beach you can reach the center of Puerto de Alcudia with a walk of 15 minutes. In the garden there is a small portable barbecue and own sun loungers. The area is very quiet, which makes the apartment ideal for rest and relax from exhausting fatigue of our day to day .The relaxation and tranquility of the environment allows us to take our vacation as they really deserve. Besides its location lets you enjoy all kinds of services in minutes.

our place on Majorca

It's our second time here and frankly speaking seems we will arrive next year once again ;) It's absolutely ideal place to stay with children (home, beach, sea, distance for all entertainments, food malls). You'll have all that you need here (home is well equipped) but in case you need something Llorenco will help you and bring you all needed. Lage, Lage, Lage!

Ich konnte Anfang Oktober eine wundervolle Woche in diesem tollen Appartment genießen.

Die Fotos entsprechen komplett dem Zustand der Wohnung. Die Küche ist komplett mit allen Geräten ausgestattet, die man benötigt.

Im Wohnzimmer findet man anständige Sitzmöbel vor.

Die beiden Bäder sind in einem guten Zustand.

Die Matratzen der Schlafzimmer sind nicht durchgelegen und mittelhart.

Aber die Lage der Wohnung ist besonders hervorzuheben. Der Strand von Alcudia ist für mich der Schönste der Insel. Der Strandabschnitt, an dem die Wohnung liegt, ist der schönste des gesamten Strandes. Das Wasser ist hier besonders klar und es gibt genug Liegeflächen zwischen den Liegeplätzen.

Nach mittlerweile 4 Urlauben in Alcudia kann ich feststellen, dass es an diesem Abschnitt nie überfüllt ist und sich auch die Urlauber eher ruhig verhalten.

Entspannung pur!

Jeder Morgen in dieser Wohnung fing - mit dem fantastischen Ausblick auf Strand und Meer - entsprechend schön an.

An dieser Stelle auch vielen Dank an den sehr freundlichen Vermieter Llorenc!

Ich kann die wohnung vorbehaltlos empfehlen und werde hier sicher wieder einen Urlaub buchen.

Schöner Urlaub in schöner Unterkunft!

Alles wie im Angebot beschrieben! Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer und direktem Zugang zum Strand. Mit dem Frühstück auf der sonnigen Terrasse fing der Tag gut an :)

Auch die freundliche Begrüßung und die Betreuung durch den Vermieter tragen dazu bei, dieses Objekt gerne weiterzuempfehlen!

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

perfectamente ubicado

Hemos pasado mes y medio en este apartamento y podemos escribir que ha cumplido con todas nuestras expectaciones.

El apartamento está perfectamente ubicado, el jardincito añade aún más bienestar a la ubicación. El acceso directo a la playa permite unas vacaciones perfectas, sobre todo con niños pequeños - en unos instantes se puede pasar de la playa a su casa. También los huéspedes podrán disfrutar de unos deliciosos baños matinales (cuando el mar está totalmente quieto).

La organización de la casa es óptima para disfrutar ya que todas las zonas de estar tienen vistas espectaculares al mar (cocina y sala). Solamente las habitaciones dan sobre la residencia.

El sitio es tranquilo y la residencia es agradable.

La propietaria y su hijo (el encargado) son muy amables y han cumplido con cualquier necesidad.

Finalmente añado que es muy buena zona para correr o practicar cualquier deporte.
