Live in San Francisco. Love escaping to Kapalua. Every time we come back to our piece of paradise, we smile as we enter the Kapalua Resort. Great spot.
Terri purchased this condo in 2004
Quiet, peaceful, views, comfort, relaxing.
Sweeping panoramic views from both bedroom and living room.
We stayed for a wonderful 5 nights while racing Xterra. It was a terrific experience. The condo was perfect and Diane at Ridge Realty made the process seamless. The unit is at the top of the hill so has majestic views of Molokai and Honolua and is well outfitted for our stay. Make sure you take the path through the property and head down to the cove below the villas for a snorkel - majestic!
this was our 1st return after an extensive remodel. Terri the place looks great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our 5th stay so you know the condo, the owners and Diane at Ridge Realty are great to work with,if we should visit Maui again we will most definitely stay with you again. Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise with us. Hans& Tina.
This property is absolutely beautiful. The Condo was very clean, well furbished and the views were spectacular. 2 pools to lounge at and a short drive to beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed every day we stayed. Whatever your idea of paradise is, you will find it in Maui and the Villa is a gorgeous way to start and end your day
This villa is one of the best at Kapalua Ridge. The villa is completely stocked with everything one would need for their stay. The views are beautiful from all the lanai's and rooms. Definately would stay again.
We loved the breathtaking views fom both the lower lanai and the bedroom. In the morning, we had coffee on the tray in bed looking at Molokai on one side and Honolua Bay on the other. We roused ourselves to play drop-in mixers at the Kapalua Tennis Gardens, play golf at Kapalau Bay Course, walk the Kapalua Coastal Trail, or snorkel at Kapalua Beach. After sporting, we headed down the Merriman's Champagne Point for happy Hour to watch the whales and the sunset on lounge chairs by the fire pits, we we would discuss"the most important decision of the day: where to go to dinner! Kapalua has lots of option that the free door-to-door shuttle can take you. We had wonderful sushi at Kai Sushi and Sansei, great seafood at Plantation House, Filet Mignon at Merriman's, and Ahi at Pineapple Grill! For a treat we BBQed at the pool with gourmet meat and fish from Maui Prime! It's a quick trip to Old Town Lahaina. The villa is equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas for the 3 beaches in Kapalua. Great visit.
We brought our 2 small children (ages 4 and 2) to Maui, and decided a condo would be the best place for little ones. This one was pretty perfect! We arrived to a very clean, tidy, and well stocked rental! The kitchen had just about any gadget you would need. I was also happy to see a good amount of dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper! The upstairs master retreat is awesome. The bathroom is huge and waking up to the panoramic views in the master bedroom was icing on the cake! Our kids slept on the downstairs pull out couch. Only thing to note if you are traveling with small kids is that there is no bath tub. The front closet downstairs is stocked with beach stuff - chairs, umbrella, small cooler, boogey boards, and even a picnic basket. Check in/out was super easy! And! Being a mom, I loved the fact that the property managers insisted you do NOT need to clean up, do dishes or laundry on the day of your departure! The beaches were beautiful - a bit far to walk, especially with little kids, so we were happy we had a rental car. We loved watching the whales. You could see them from the balcony, beach, and even driving. Beautiful! The pool was also nice for a dip after a day at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay at Kapalua Ridge! Will definitely consider returning someday!
