The Villa was built in 2005. It enjoys superior architecture and interior design and has beautiful unobstructed views overlooking Agrari Beach. The villa has a shared out-door swimming pool and 800 square meters of land.
It is built on 2 floors, all with spectacular views. It has two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a children room with bank beds and en-suite bathroom as well. There are 4 bathrooms with shower (3 of them en-suite). There is also also a double fold out sofa-bed and bathroom with shower.
There is a washing machine in children's bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The villa is built on 800 square meters and has 2 large terraces. There is a BBQ and large out-door protected dining and seating area for 10 persons. Also private parking is available.
The Villa is 108 square meters on 2 floors all with views.
The main entrance level (40 square meters) has a living room with fire place, dining table and fully equipped modern kitchen which all lead out to a large terrace with spectacular views.
The lower level (68 square meters) has 2 master bedrooms with queen-size bed and en-suite bathrooms and a terrace with sea views.

It is in a quite location with only 10 mins drive from the City Centre where all the fun is. The house is situated in the centre of the island and close to all beautiful beaches of the island.

Great house! The owner was very kind and helpful. Can highly recommend. We stayed there for one week with two families (children aged 4 and one year old) and this was perfect for us. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, even toys for the little ones. Quiet in the evenings and nobody around to disturb you even in an island like Mykonos. Definitely need a car to get around. We will go there again surely.
Very nice and quiet with a beautiful view to wake up to. The owner costa is a good person and very helpful. He went out of his way and arranged for the car rental person to pick us up from the airport.
Amazing house, breathtaking views and tasteful Mykonian decoration. The landlord was extremely friendly and eager to provide restaurant and other reccommendations. We were a group of seven and had more than enough space in this beautiful house. Everything necessary for our stay in the house was provided by the landlord. The only thing that is essential while staying there is car because the house is quite far away from the town and beaches.
Our experience was 100% positive and we will definitely return to this lovely house!
Located in a peaceful spot dominating country and sea, breathless view from the wide terrace with patio and large table to enjoy breakfast.
Almost all beaches and main places are reacheable in a reasonable driving time but you you can relax after your day with the total silence at this stilish villa.

The house is cool and fully equipped; it s located in a very clam area and the owner is absolutley kind and friendly: he arranged for us the scooters-rent, helped to arrive home from the airport and suggested us many places. Need definitely a car or a motorbyke, better a car since the access road to the house is not paved. Great house, location and owner!!!
