The cottage was built in 2006 and ready for rent since 2009.
It is modern and comfortably furnished for 6 persons. With new 2nd bathroom on the ground floor.

The entrance leads into the cozy living and dining room with comfortable seating and a spacious dining area. The room has patio doors to one of the two terraces. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped: a large fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-and Senseo machine. There is a plasma TV with satellite reception for French, German, Dutch and English channels. You can be in and around the cottage rather use a WiFi connection. On the ground floor is a new 2nd bathroom realized. Upstairs are three bedrooms. In the master bedroom is a bed of 1. 40 x 2 m with an excellent mattress. In the small bedroom has a bed with excellent mattress of 0. 90 x 2. 00 meters. A second bed can be added. The bathroom / shower with adjacent sleeping area is equipped with a shower and a washbasin. In this bedroom bath room has two boxspring beds of 0. 80 x 2m. The box spring may, for a 2 bed, are linked together. Both on the ground and on the floor is a toilet. The small upstairs bedroom is accessed through the room in which is located the bathroom by its thick outer walls of the cottage remains cool in the summer. Le gîte est confortable, propre et très bien équipé. Nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié la grande piscine !
Endroit calme et très bien situé pour rayonner dans la vallée de la Dordogne. Le gîte est à proximité du bourg de St Julien où l'on trouve tous les commerces de première nécessité (boulangerie, boucherie, pharmacie, ...).

Mooie ruime en schone gite, van veel gemakken voorzien in een zeer rustige, en mooie omgeving. Het zwembad was prachtig: groot en diep genoeg om echt in te kunnen zwemmen. De omgeving bood genoeg gelegenheid voor wandelen, het bezoeken van grotten of om te kanoën. Het bijzondere stadje Sarlat is dicht in de buurt en zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken. De eigenaars ontvingen ons hartelijk en waren ten alle tijden bereid om te helpen daar waar nodig.
Een plek om nogmaals te bezoeken!
Holiday cottage Le Noyer is located on a quiet country road in a hilly and wooded area in the southeast of the Dordogne on the edge of the French village of Saint Julien de Lampon, about 500 meters from the Dordogne River. Other interesting castles are: Chateau Hautefort, Chateau Beynac, Castelnaud Château, Château La Treyne, Belcastel Château and Château Castenau
Worth seeing are the numerous prehistoric caves. The most famous is that of Lascaux II, you can visit the replica of the real cave of Lascaux. The Rouffignac Cave has more than 250 petroglyphs, the entrance is an electric train. Grotte de Cougnac is also known for its many petroglyphs.
