Two bedroom apartment on this attractive 8 year old complex situated 5 minute walking distance from two fabulous beaches.Two communal pools including children's pool, and Tennis Court on the complex. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, children's play areas and all amenities. Various excellent golf courses 10-15 mins distance from apartment. 40 mins to Faro.

The apartment is fully licensed from Lagoa council for holiday lettings showing compliance with health and safety issues under Portuguese law.

There are many attractions in the surrounding area eg. Zoo marine and a water park.

Intermarche supermarket 10 minute stroll. Restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes and pockets. Meander around the beautiful grounds of Villa vita Parc only 5 min walk.

Location and local facilities: Areias de Porches Resort is located in the heart of the Algarve with good access to the A22 motorway and the national road network, Faro International Airport is only 40 minutes away. Car hire available. Airport transfers available at reasonable cost. This is direct from Faro to Areias de Porches. Ask for details when booking. Although we recommend car hire, you can manage very well without a car by using transfers, day trips, taxis which we can organise for you. And, remember shops and restaurants are all within strolling distance. The beautiful local beaches are also in strolling distance - 5 minutes. Watch the fishermen launch their boats or bring their catch back in. Swim and paddle or have a meal or just coffee at the wonderful restaurant on the beach.

This year if you are from England, Scotland or northern Ireland your money is worth much more than last year.

Two supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Amarcao de Pera and Albufeira both offer a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment. A welcome pack can be provided on request at a reasonable cost. The basic pack will include, local bread, milk, butter, conserve, tea, coffee, bottled water, bottle of local wine. Packs can be tailored to meet the needs of individuals. We will meet and greet you to give you advice on apartment and local area. Available by phone for queries to ensure you have a great holiday. We have people returning every year.

Coast and beach: There is more than enough private parking to the side and rear of the units. A four minute stroll to two of the Algarve's most beautiful blue flag beaches. Praia Nossa Senhora da Rocha and Praia Nova. A ten minute car journey to local water park. Zoo marine is a 10 minute drive and you can swim with dolphins there.

Special interests: Besides all the local water sporting activities, such as snorkelling, sailing, surfing, deep sea fishing and local diving school, Algarve's beaches are perfect for jogging or even for a calm and quiet walk. Cycling through out the region is a wonderful relaxing way to see the Algarve. Fantastic Castles and Forts almost everywhere! Breathtaking cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with hidden creeks. Peaceful countryside in the mountains still untouched by developers.

Children will love our apartment which is by the pool where they can enjoy the simple pleasures of childhood. Some families spend all of their time either around the pool or on the beach. Have simple lunches from the apartment and then take a walk to one of the many restaurants or bars in the evening. This then becomes a really relaxing holiday for the whole family without wondering where to go and what to do.

Have breakfast in the sun on our balcony. Then have lunch just outside the front door with a sea view in the distance. Both bedrooms have large single beds which can be pushed together to make doubles when required. Built in wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets. The two bathrooms consist of one en-suite and one family, equipped with bath/shower, bidet. The designer kitchen has cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The work surfaces are all high quality granite. The kitchen is complete with toaster, kettle, crockery/pans and cutlery. All linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis.

The complex is so friendly , safe,secure and not too busy.

The climatae in the Algarve is great to enjoy all the benefits of the area. The complex has 2 pools including one with a baby pool and also a Tennis Court.Golf discount can be arranged by management on certain courses but magificent courses nearby includes San Larenzo and Val de Lobo.Beautiful beaches 5 min from property with water sports.Cycling enthusiasts also enjoy the area.Restaurants close by and also in Armaceo de Pera with delicious local seafood and various cuisines . Childrens water parks and Zoo Marina nearby also.

The Perfect Family Holiday in the Algarve!

This was a wonderful apartment for our week long holiday for so many reasons!

Excellent, convenient location. We walked everywhere: to the beach, to the store, to the restaurants! And if you are up for a day trip, drive to Seville, Spain. Only 2 hours from here and so worth the experience!

Friendly building and neighbours.

The photos are a GOOD way! The apartment is much bigger than the photos show, bright, open and well laid out. We ate outside on the balcony most evenings (when we weren't out for dinner at one of the many excellent restaurants nearby) and enjoyed many sunsets.

The grounds were clean and well maintained.

And Margaret was so welcoming and helpful! She gave us maps and recommendations and even lent us a stroller (pram) for our son to use for the week.

The only drawback was the linens in the bedroom: they were very musty and I had to wash and air them out before we used them.

An all around amazing vacation and we will be back!

Relaxing Holiday

The apartment was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Fantastic location and restaurants near by, we had an absolutely fantastic time. Perfect for a quiet family holiday.

Clean and great location!

Very clean and well maintained property. The location is ideal for getting to the best beaches in the Algarve, in our opinion, away from the loud noise and traffic of downtown A. De Pera but only a short 5 minute drive if you want to be in the center of it. We're only giving 4 stars instead of 5 as the AC didn't work while we were there (which we knew before renting). Otherwise it would be 5 stars. Truly a great property in terms of cleanliness and location!
