This large 3 bedroom penthouse is directly located 200m from St Julian’s seafront and adjacent to the Portomaso Marina & Hilton complex. The apartment is on a quiet residential street but Paceville, the nightlife area, is just a 5 minute walk away.

Apartment specifications

Front terrace 15 sq m with gas BBQ and patio furniture, back terrace 8 sq m with outdoor chairs too. Internal area is about 90 sq m. 4th floor with lift, 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with single beds, bath room, shower room, sleeps 2-8 persons.

At the entrance of the building there are 20 steps. Then one finds an elevator that goes up to the 3 floors. To reach a penthouse another 20 steps need to be climbed. Thus this penthouse is not suitable for who finds it difficult to climb 20 steps at a go. Water and electricity consumption are not included in the price. The bill will be about euro 2 per person per day. It is metered, so guests only pay for what they consume.

Siamo stati in questo appartamento per 7 giorni, molto comodo e funzionale, una splendida vista sul mare con un bellissimo terrazzo arredato e barbecue. Posizione strategica per raggiungere tutte le località dell'isola, si trova tra due fermate di autobus principali: Spinola e Ross. La zona è piena di ristoranti a buon prezzo ed è a due passi da Paceville per divertirsi la sera. La zona è fornita di negozi e di supermercati.

GetawaysMalta ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie consigliandoci anche alcune escursioni davvero convenienti e gradevoli. Sono stati gentilissimi da subito, dalla prenotazione sino al giorno della partenza, rispondendo ad ogni nostra richiesta con rapidità e gentilezza, davvero complimenti!

L'appartamento è spazioso, silenzioso, comodo e siamo stati in 7. Non abbiamo noleggiato l'auto, l'abbonamento settimanale dell'autobus è conveniente e si arriva dappertutto. Appartamento assolutamente consigliato!!!!!!!

La descrizzone e totalmente corretta - zona tranquilla e vicino a tutto - fermate del autobus, ristoranti, supermercati, bars, etc. Si noi siamo sempre in contatto con i ns clienti. Durante il soggiorno siamo in contatto tramite What s App o Facebook per accertare che tutto e apposto e per vedere se i ns clienti hanno bisognio di qual cosa. Good times all around

6 guys stayed at this great apartment. The location i superb, right in the middle but still quiet. 3 good bed rooms and a GREAT big terrace. Got a store just down the stairs from the apartment. Also great service from Neville and his people.

Very complete centrally location apartment for 8

We went to Malta with 8 friends to go on a 9 day holiday. The apartment was in a good condition and there was room for 8 persons. It had a nice balcony with a barbecue which we really recommend to use. Also everything was available in the apartment. The location was also very good. Only a few minutes walk to restaurants, bus stops to practically everywhere, a supermarket and off course barstreet. Also the woman that was our contact person was very helpful and arranged us some extra keys and helped us book a fantastic boattrip. The only remark we wanted to make is that the division of beds in the rooms is not that practical when having couples in the group, because this was 3-3-2. Also the balcony could only be entered via a bedroom which is difficult when other people are still asleep and in daytime the balcony was very hot, but this could be due to the nice hot weather in Malta in the summer. Overall we had a great holiday and would recommend this apartment to everybody looking for a nice place to stay in st. juliens.

Excellent Location and place!!

Accueillant, pratique et bien situé.

Pour passer de bonnes vacances, il faut : soleil, mer, chaleur. Malte a tout ça. Il faut aussi : un appartement propre et lumineux, des lits confortables, une cuisine bien équipée, des salles de bains fonctionnelles et aérées, de l'espace pour chacun (7 personnes à l'aise). Cet appartement a TOUT ça !!! Le propriétaire est disponible. Nous avons eu toutes les infos dès notre arrivée. Les transports en commun sont tout proches. La petite rue est calme. Et je n'oublie pas la sublime terrasse, on voit la baie, au soleil du matin au soir, idéale au printemps.

Je recommande cet appartement.

St Juliens holiday.

Arrived in the evening, was met outside the apartment by Lisa, representing the owner,who could nt have been more helpful and we were installed in the apartment in no time. The apartment is spacious, well equiped and comfortable with more than enough accommodation for a family of five. The location is just off the main road into St Juliens and so is conveniently situated for all the attractions of the town.

The balcony with gas barbeque was very useful and provides an excellent sun bathing platform in sunny weather.

All in all I could not fault the property or the arrangements.

St Julians is also full of life all year round. Here you will find bars, restaurants, nightclubs (Paceville-Maltas best nightlife area is just 600m away from this penthouse), Alfresco restaurants, variety of international restaurants, etc. The closest sandy beach is St Georges Bay and it is only 10 min on foot away. The best sandy beaches are 20-30 minutes by bus away. The big supermarkets are just round the corner while the a little mini market in the same street (less than 30m away) makes it so convenient to get all the daily needs with no stress!

Main buses from here to Valletta, Mdina, main beaches, Gozo and Comino.

SPECIAL OFFERS FOR WINTER LONG STAY BREAKS at only euro 1000 monthly. (Minimum stay of 3 months).

On arrival we require a deposit against damages and water and electricity bills of Euro 150. The rest is refunded to the guests before they leave the apartment. For big young groups the refundable deposit is of Euro 50 per person
