Cozy comfy cottage!
We made a last minute reservation to have a base for “exploring” this area of Michigan. This is a collection of about 8 cute cottages (if ours is an indication of all of them) with a wonderful view of Lake Huron from the newly restored shared deck with about 40 steps down to the lake, including a ladder to descend into the lake for swimming. Lake Huron changes day to day—huge waves one day and calm as glass the next day during our visit! Cottage is impeccably clean, with coffee maker, toaster, gas stove refrigerator & microwave— plenty of dishes for two. Comfy bed, great shower, TV and lovely decor. Shared fire pit overlooking the lake with plenty of seating and bench rocker. Wish we could have stayed longer! Sunrise was just beautiful from the cottage yard & deck! We really enjoyed our stay and would return again.
My husband & I love kayaking on Lake Huron so for a 3 day getaway, we decided to book a stay in cottage #6. It did not disappoint! Beautiful, clean and centrally located in the area we love. We’ll definitely be back!! Highly recommend this little gem.
Cabin was as neat as a pin, clean and tidy. The bathroom was tiny and a large/tall person might not be comfortable in there. the view from the deck was imply outstanding, we watched the sunrise and then the small boats and lake freighters sail; past. It was incredibly peaceful. I plan on returning in the fall.
Really nice place!
Me and my boyfriend rented this little place for our anniversary. The owners were nice and welcoming. We had a great stay and we will definitely come again!
Fine little getaway!
Exactly as was advertised. Great view of Lake Huron. Very relaxing.
Very nice!! Getaway from the real world for the weekend and did not disappoint!!!!
We received a upgrade to a different cabin (that was a nice birthday surprise). Will be returning .No issues, problems, and fast and great communication from owners .
