Enjoy the privacy of this La Jolla Ocean and Bay view estate. This is a Non-Smoking home. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with close freeway access. This 4000 square foot home is on a half-acre featuring two master bedroom suites (King beds) in the main house. Queen sofa bed in bedroom/office.
The upstairs master bedroom provides a panoramic ocean and bay view through a twelve-foot window. The spacious upstairs master bathroom features a two-person Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, two sinks, and a walk-in closet.
The detached guesthouse features a Queen bedroom and King bedroom. The guesthouse is equipped with Internet, air-conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, and cable television in each room.
The lighted tennis court has a surface of artificial grass with sand and it plays like clay (without all the maintenance).
The gym in the main house features an elliptical trainer, treadmill, Hoist fitness tree, TV and two fans.
There is something for every family member to enjoy. A pool table in the second floor billiard room or a game of table tennis on the patio. Take a swim with the dolphins or turtles in the tiled pool or just relax in the Jacuzzi. Enjoy the ocean view while relaxing on a lounge chair by the pool with fragrance from the rose garden. Or try sinking a golf ball on the four-hole putting green
Need some quiet time? Try the second floor reading room with two reclining chairs and an awesome ocean view.
Enjoy cooking in the kitchen with a gas-stove top or outdoors on the BBQ.
Watch television or DVDs in the family room with a 65-inch screen LG 4K Ultra with 3D with cable or record your favorite programs for viewing later. There are televisions in four bedrooms and the gym.
The dining room table will seat 10, however, a covered 15-by-40-foot tiled patio with two dining tables enhances outdoor dining during the summer months. For your convenience a small refrigerator and outdoor heater are provided on the patio.
WiFi is available throughout the house, deck and pool area. 3 in 1 scanner-printer is located in the second floor office.
This solar powered home is air-conditioned with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and offices. The air-conditioning is rarely used as there are wonderful ocean breezes filling the home. The home features hardwood floors in the master bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, and gym.
The yard has 30 fruit trees. You may enjoy fresh picked fruit all summer: oranges, grapefruit, lemons, kumquats, peaches, plums, nectarines and avocados.
The owner provides housekeeping service (five hours on Monday and five hours on Thursday), a weekly Gardener, and pool maintenance service.

We had a great time staying in this spacious house. We stayed with a family of 5 and a nanny and there was ample space for us. The tennis court is in good condition and we played tennis nearly everyday. The flood lights were also well lit at night to play tennis. There was also plenty of things to do on the property for the kids. My kids loved picking the fruits, playing in the pool and especially sitting in the hot tub! The house was also very well equipped and had all the necessary appliances in the kitchen. The housekeeper came twice a week to do general cleaning and she was very good at it. Great place to stay in La Jolla and we will be returning again next year!
We genuinely enjoyed our stay at your wonderful home as well as the addition of one across the street. It was perfect for our family of 20 ( ages 2 years thru 70). The amenities were outstanding, from beautiful grounds ( enjoyed the rose garden as well as fresh lemons and kumquats), lighted tennis court, lovely well maintained pool and hot tub, putting green, ping pong table, pool table, a wealth of wonderful reading material, fully stocked kitchen with enough serving pieces etc. for all, great patio with really nice tables and chairs, super grill, and fireworks that could be seen from there every night (compliments of Sea World). The loction was perfect for all to enjoy the local attractions and more than perfect for our family reunion to celebrate our sons wedding in La Jolla. Jill was very gracious and helpful and even researched near by olympic size pools for our grandson to train at for an upcoming city meet at his home in Charleston. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a wonderful stay in a very lovely place.
This was the perfect place for my husband 70th birthday family reunion celebration.We are a very active family who enjoyed all the amenities at the house : tennis and basketball courts ,swimming pool with the hot tub and small putting green.
The house was very clean and the housekeeper came 2 days a week which was an extra bonus.I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation. I personally wished I had time to read all the numerous books from the shelves but we were too busy visiting Lego land , Safari Zoo and the regular Zoo.We would come back again.
We loved this location and the house was great. Separate 2 bedroom guest house was a plus for those in our group of 8 without kids. The most gorgeous pool we have ever seen, and should be in one of the photos. New barbeque, portable heater on the expansive back patio overlooking pool, tennis court, and mini putting green. We paid extra to heat pool as we were here over New Years - well worth it. Maid service was terrific. Kitchen and big screen TV needs updating, but would highly recommend.
My parents rented this home for a week in June 2011 to celebrate their 60th anniversary with my two sisters and our husbands. Each couple had a big comfortable bedroom. There was plenty of space for everyone to sit together at meals and enjoy the pool/tennis together. The tennis court is great and easy on the knees. The pool was one of the prettiest I have ever seen. The kitchen is well stocked and everything was very clean. The location is nice because it is away from the daily fog that rollls in on the ocean. There is something for everyone's interest to do in the area - or nothing at all but hanging out at the house. I would love to have our family reunion at this home again.
Home has a full Gym, private tennis court, Private Jacuzzi and Pool, Putting Green, Pool Table all located on the property for you to enjoy. We are 10 Minutes to any La Jolla Beaches, 10 Minutes to Pacific Beach,
