This 3 bedroom apartment with front and back balcony is located just 200m from Sliema Seafront and is in a quiet residential area which faces the courtyard of a school.

Wi-Fi internet and TV (with some Italian and English channels) are included and free of charge.

Apartment specifications:

4 sq m front balcony, 4 sq m back balcony. Internal area is about 90 sq m. 3 bedrooms (3+2+2 beds), Bath room with corner bath and shower, WC room, sofa bed present in living room and extra bed present in extra sleeping area. Sleeps 2 to 10 persons.

5 low steps at entrance leading up to elevator

Facilities:

Fast and unlimited Wi-Fi internet, digital TV (few English and Italian channels available - upgradable),

Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, etc.

Neville and Ruth have been very kind. Communicate with them was very simple (also speaking in Italian). We used the convenient transfer service from the airport to the apartment. To welcome us, we found Bruce, who gave us all the details about the apartment and for visiting Malta in 5 days. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location, close to restaurants, bus stops and supermarkets. Thanks a lot Neville, Ruth and Bruce! Neville e Ruth sono stati molto gentili e comunicare con loro è stato molto semplice (parlano perfettamente anche in italiano). Abbiamo usato il comodo servizio di transferimento dall'aeroporto all'appartamento. Ad accoglierci, abbiamo trovato Bruce, che ci ha dato tutti i dettagli in merito all'appartamento e le informazioni per visitare Malta in 5 giorni. L'appartamento era molto pulito e confortevole. A Perfect Holiday

We had a fabulous time in Sliema, the apartment was very clean and well equipt with all that was needed for our stay. Directions to the local shops were given and maps to all the sightseeing were provided. Overall it was excellent :-)

Perfect location and wonderfully presented

Prior to our arrival, we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in Sliema.We arrived in Malta at 11pm and were warmly greeted by Neville at the front of the apartment building. We were provided with a very generous starter pack upon our arrival. Ample sheets and towels were provided for us. The apartment was located in a top location in Sliema, just off the strand and very close to the bus stop. We were very impressed with Neville's courtesy and attentiveness to our requests. We throughly enjoyed our stay in Malta and will definitely consider this accommodation for future trips to Malta.

A great apartment on good location

With great pleasure we stayed at this apartment for three months. We felt really welcome. The apartment was great, perfectly located in Sliema and we felt at home. During our stay we could ask for help about anything, both the apartment but also for more information about the island.

Unfortunately, we had to leave but we will for sure come back!

Comfortable place

I was living in water blue flat floor 3, was perfect place, confortable, very good localization, near to Scott supermarket, and good restaurants, the people work are professionals and good persons. Lindsay is a sweet girl and the best manager.

Slim blue water apartment

Good location. Good price. Outstanding service.

We stayed for close to a month while waiting for our permanent address in Malta to be ready. Location was good. Place was clean. Neville and provided outstanding service. The internet was a bit spotty but once we told Neville he had it fixed quickly. I am very satisfied and would stay there again.

Sliema is the most important tourist town in Malta. It has the longest seafront promenade and is full of life all year round.

Sliema has a long rock beach. In many areas there are lidos and nice kiosks. Along the cost there are also many playgrounds and nice seafront gardens.

Bars, restaurants, ice cream, shops, cafeterias, car hire shops, discos, nightclubs, casinos, water sport outlets etc. are all close by.

Sliema is also the best for buses. In fact to visit all tourist attractions in Malta you just need to take 1 bus! Also close to the apartment, from Sliema Ferries, there are many boats that depart daily to more secluded beaches and do one day cruises.
