Whether you have been golfing, mountain biking or enjoying 'The Greatest Snow on Earth,' our new mountain-style 'Lodge' condominium is the perfect place to relax after a day in Park City. You will have all of the comforts of home while enjoying our luxury condominium only steps away from the vibrant Redstone Shopping Complex.
We are avid skiers and know how important it is to have comfortable surroundings after a day of skiing, so we added all new furnishings this year. Granite countertops, slate floors and a gas fireplace set the tone of the condominium with a mountain town feel. Two new lodge-style queen bedroom suits, La-Z-Boy rocker recliners and a new leather sleeper sofa continue this theme into the spacious living areas. Finally, outdoor pictures and mountain accents complete the look.
The condominium is also located in the Redstone Shopping Complex and on the free bus route. This bus can take you to all of the Park City resorts and Main Street. However, there is no reason to leave after dark. Redstone (the new Main Street) has cinemas, shopping, ski/snowboard rentals, grocery stores, a micro-brewery, Italian food and a sushi restaurant. This should keep you close to home in the evenings.
Finally, we are local owners who will cater to your every need. These condominiums rent through property management companies for $400-$500/night. We want to keep it full throughout the ski season and have discounted the price. Along with all of the amenities of the condominium, we can provide transportation to and from the airport and discounted lift tickets to our renters. Also, book with us this year and secure the same rental rate for upcoming years.

We were very pleased with the property. The private garage is a nice set up and could easily fit a large vehicle such as a Tahoe, etc. The room layout is very nice as the 2 bedrooms are at the opposite ends of the condo. The owners had the condo very well stocked with household supplies so no need to buy those. The location is outstanding as you can walk to several Redstone restaurants. Direct TV is also a nice setup.
Obviously, nothing is ever perfect. The only things that were would have liked to have seen was 1) DVD player as we had brought some DVD's to watch 2) Wine opener......however one of the 2 couples had that in their luggage...so no big deal here.
Overall, we were happy with this condo and would recommend it others and would stay there again.
This was our first time staying at this location. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The location of the condo was super convenient to everything. Would highly recommend dinner at Ghidottis Italian Restaurant, and Molly's Piano bar was a delight. The owners of this Condo were very helpful and attentive. Over all great experience here!!!

Great location and within walking distance to grocery shopping, restaurants, bars, and bowling. Quick and easy drive to Canyons and Park City resorts. Very comfortable, clean, and spacious condo.
This condo is roomy, immaculate and well-maintained. The fold-away queen in the living room is actually very comfortable with the blow-up Serta mattress. Having an attached garage is a definite plus. We were 3 guys there for a week of skiing so we each wanted our own bed. With 2 full baths, there was plenty of room and privacy. Kitchen was well-equipped. Unless you are staying slope-side, you have to get into your car anyway (or take the bus) to wherever you're skiing, so we didn't mind being 5 minutes from the Canyons, 10 from PCMR (and from downtown Park City) and 15 from Deer Valley. There are some terrific restaurants at Redstone which are walking distance and shopping is very close and convenient with 3 supermarkets close by. We will definitely stay here again if it's available when we want to go.
This condo was perfect for my recent trip to UT. Very well maintained, owner very accomodating and central to Park City, SLC and other resorts like Snowbird. Loved that it is right next to a Whole Foods, movie theater, bowling alley and restaurants. I would definietly stay here again.
My family had the opportunity to stay at this property in January 2011. I promise you, you will be delighted that you selected this property. The location is excellent, within walking distance to restaurants, movies, and shops. The price is a great value, as well. The beds are comfortable and the living arrangements are great. Compared to most of the hotels and resorts, it's nice to park in your own garage and walk directly into your unit. A large washer and dryer adds to the convenience. Relaxing by the fireplace makes for a nice way to start or end the day. We look forward to staying here again.
