Why Catherine chose Hove
This property is not only unusually beautiful but also the largest one bedroom property you are likely to find in Brighton and is in fact larger than many two bedroom flats. The location is also perfect as you will see from the photos taken from the windows. It is very close to restaurants and shops and a short walk into the town centre. It is located in the most expensive central Brighton residential location and when you arrive you will fall in love with the location. Like many of my customers will want to come back in the future.

Great location. Great property
The property is very pleasant and the photos give an accurate impression. The area is first rate. Central, elegant and smart unlike other areas I have stayed in previously in the city. Facilities locally were also excellent. We had a great time. It was the start of the Brighton Festival and the city was buzzing.
Beautiful Place in Hove
This is a fantastic apartment in a beautiful building, right by the beach and just off the main road in Hove. There are numerous dining and shopping options just a short distance away and excellent bus access for longer trips, and you can reach Brighton at the Clock Tower or train station in about a 15-minute walk. If you like light, airy spaces this is perfect, the living room has great views as well. The kitchen is fully stocked and well-maintained, I cooked at home nearly every day. The bedroom is in the back of the building off the kitchen and there is nothing above it, so it is very quiet and peaceful (and perfect for two if traveling as a couple). Catherine was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the rental process, a highly recommended property all around!
First class accommodation in an excellent location
We are very regular visitors to Brighton and frequently stay in HomeAway properties. As a family of four we are all in agreement this has been the best accommodation so far. The apartment is light, bright, immaculately clean, well maintained and perfectly positioned for a short stay. The kitchen is pristine and excellently equipped with all that is needed should you decide to prepare a family meal. The heating and hot water are efficient and reliable and the bed linen is premium quality and all freshly laundered...The fact that the sun shone most of the time we were visiting was an added and unexpected bonus...
The flat is located one minute away from the beach and is within walking distance to all Brighton's main tourist attractions.
