Rockpool is situated within the popular Orastone cul de Sac of Croyde Bay, this holiday home offers easy walking distance to Croyde village with its variety of surfing shops, village post office and local pubs such as The Thatch and The Manor. Croyde Bay's magical surfing beach is a short walk from Rockpools doorstep and a short drive around the headland takes you to Saunton and Braunton. Rockpool benefits from underfloor heating on the downstairs of the property.

Bright and airy neutral themed lounge with laminate flooring, A large chocolate corner sofa and wooden coffee table with views out onto the front garden. Up lighters and a coal effect gas fire, wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player, CD music system, WIFI broadband, Games and books can provide entertainment for all ages. The french doors open out onto the rear garden's decking. sit and unwind with a book in the 'quiet corner' with a separate sofa/ sofa bed that can also accommodate an extra 2 guests.

The kitchen diner is a large open plan space offering plenty of room to stretch out and spend quality family time together during meal time including the wall mounted LCD TV/DVD player. A hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle as well as all the other essential kitchen utensils you would require on holiday are here.

Dining area has a large wooden extending dining table with seating for 8 enjoying views through the large french doors out onto the rear decking.

Downstairs bathroom comprising of a W.C and washbasin.

Hallway cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer.


(1) Master Bedroom - Double bed - views of the countryside towards Croyde beach, bedside tables, canvas style wardrobe and en-suite modern shower room with W.C, double walk in shower and washbasin.

(4) Bedroom four - twin room with sea glimpse's of Croyde.

Family bathroom comprises of a bath with shower over, pedestal washbasin and W.C.


Garden furniture and BBQ is provided at Rock pool allowing visitors to take advantage of the rear decking to enjoy al fresco dining. Part of the rear garden is laid to lawn and a garage which is accessible via the front and rear of the property ensures plenty of secure storage for surfboards, wet suits or bikes.

Excellent holiday rental

Rockpool was an excellent holiday rental ,our family is 5 plus our dog and everything was catered for and everything you could want was there .

just a short walk to either the beach or local pub/restaurants

will revisit again for sure

Great place for a beach holiday

Rockpool was one of the best holiday rentals I have stayed in .

We had 6 in our group and there was defiantly more than enough space for 4 more.

It was clean and spacious with an open plan kitchen and dining perfect for dinners.

Also perfectly located a 5 minute stroll from the best Croyde has to offer and a walk to the beach.
