Please note the weekend rate starts from Friday afternoon and includes a check-out as late as required on Sunday or on Monday by 10.30am. I do not take 1 night weekend bookings unless I have late availability two weeks before your selected arrival date. Weekend bookings are charged at the three night nightly rate unless the stay has been booked less than three weeks away. Please note I do not offer online booking via this site as they charge customers a 6% service charge for this option and an additional service charge to me and I wish to keep the rates as low as possible for customers. Please note for longer mid-week stays please contact me directly for a price quote. The mid-week nightly rate is based on a small groups for a stay of a few nights. Please note that the auto calculators on this site are not accurate so please enquire directly for an accurate price quote.

£500 is payable on booking the property. The full balance for the stay is due no later than 28 days before arrival. The deposit is then refundable no later than 48 hours after departure.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
