About the property

For 4 people, 70 m2, own parking and everything accessible on foot.

Apartment in Chiclana, 200 meters from the beach of Barrosa, (two minutes walk). It is part of a villa but is completely independent from the main house and it has its own entrance and private garden. It also has a closed parking space.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one double bed and one with twin beds, both have their own wardrobe and are fully equipped. Both bedrooms have private garden window.

The apartment has air conditioning installed, although generally it does not need to light since the climate is very mild in this area and the house is very well oriented.

The bathroom has bidet, sink, shower and fed by its own electric boiler tub and has exterior window.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook, hob with hood carbon filters, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, blender, coffee maker, etc ... plus pots, pans and utensils needed to Cook.

The kitchen has a washing machine installed.

The kitchen is integrated into a dining room, with the crockery and the necessary utensils for six people, an extendable dining table with six chairs, a sofa with two armchairs and an LED television.

It has WIFI internet access high speed ADSL.

You enter the apartment through the garden of exclusive use, which leads between trees and grass to a porch covered by a wooden pergola with tiled natural clay and a pull force in corner with cushions that can be used as outdoor dining .

Two beach chairs, towels and umbrella are provided upon request.

From the porch leads directly to the apartment.

The house is ideal for a relaxing holiday with the comforts of being at home but without the noise or disturbances of the mass of the peak seasons in the residential areas of the coast, a few steps from the sea, so close that will enable you to walks or baths at any time of day or night.

The street where it is located directly overlooks the sea, about 200 meters. Just crossing it, you access a supermarket that offers anything, both food and cleaning or maintenance of a house, daily bread, excellent meat, fruits and vegetables and a ham first, (one of its owners is champion of Spain in Ham court), there are also many bars and restaurants of all kinds, ice cream parlors, pastry shop, newspaper and lottery shop, bicycle rentals, souvenirs, pharmacy, street markets, etc ...

The beach of the muddy one is a long beach, with more than 8 kms of fine sand, of clean waters that go directly to the Atlantic. It is a very accessible for families with children, large banks, sandy beach, with all safety requirements, watchtowers, paging services, civil protection, health, safety, playgrounds on the sand, sports facilities and a long promenade with numerous restaurants and bars for all tastes and economic possibilities.

During July and August several craft markets are installed near the boardwalk.

Very close to the beach, five minutes drive away, is a marina where you can make any nautical sport, sailing or motor, fishing or underwater, diving, hiking kayaking, kite surfing, windsurfing, etc ...

In the whole of the beach there are six golf courses with 18 holes and a golf learning, public bar and restaurant and golf 9 holes.

In the access roads to the beach there is a bike path over 20 kms long, allowing long walks in bicycle safety. There are also several options for both bike trails to hiking through protected natural areas.

There are also, very close, paddle and tennis courts, horse riding, large supermarkets, Mercadona, Supersol or Lidl, fast food restaurants, sanitary facilities, veterinary ...

The city is about eight kilometers away and there is a bus service that connects the beach with the center of the same, it is advisable to visit the municipal food market for the great variety of fresh fish from the area, vegetables and quality meats.

The apartment is ideal for those who like the beach, less than a minute walk you will reach the sand. The beach is very long and large banks, for long walks since dawn and is essential to enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the shore.

Солнце, тёплая Атлантика, уютный отдых!

Мы с женой хотели провести неделю отпуска на побережье Атлантики в уютном месте рядом с пляжем. Это место удивительно удачно расположено - великолепный пляж La Barrosa расположен в трёх минутах ходьбы. Если любите прогулки вдоль моря - лучше места не найти. Мы увлекаемся Nordic walk и легко проходили 10 км ( если хотите больше- можно легко увеличить расстояние в два раза😊) . Если ходить не любите - рядом много хороших ресторанов, в 30 секундах ходьбы от дома- прекрасный магазин с хамоном, вкусным хлебом и т. п. Апартаменты очень уютные и комфортабельные. Хозяева очень гостеприимные, готовые всегда помочь и дать максимум полезной и интересной информации. Мы очень рады, что познакомились с такими душевными хозяевами, как Mercedes y Manuel! ( Большой привет Bruno😀) Если получится - обязательно вернёмся в следующем году. Настоятельно рекомендуем!

Very comfortable apartment in a great location

The apartment had everything we needed and Manuel and Mercedes were kind and helpful. La Barrosa Beach is fantastic and only 200 m from the apartment. There is a wide range of choice of restaurants within walking distance and many places of interest to visit in the vicinity. We would happily return to this property

clean, comfortable and secluded

Very clean and spacious property located in a lightly shaded and secluded garden. We used the outside seating area every morning and also during a BBQ we hosted for our friends who were staying nearby. (BBQ provided with property). The owners, Mercedes and Manuel were very welcoming and very helpful whenever I contacted them by E-mail prior to, and after booking the holiday.

There is a very small 'supermarket' across the road which we used every day and a number of bars and restaurants close by and the superb beach and promenade can be found at the bottom of the road (300m away). We particularly enjoyed the food at El Pulpo restaurant which has a varied menu and the food is very tasty at a very reasonable price.

We would, and already have recommended this property to our friends as we feel this is the perfect place to stay as a base for a very relaxing and peaceful stay in Chiclana de La Fronterra.

Local central e tranquilo

Casa muito simpática, em excelente estado e muito bem localizada, apenas achamos a sala/cozinha um pouco justa. Está perto de tudo e não é necessário utilizar o carro. A casa tem ar condicionado que foi precioso nos dias sem vento. Apanhamos 4 dias de vento de levante mas não deixamos de ir à praia. A areia é dourada e muito fina. A praia de la Barrosa é excelente para dar uns banhos e caminhar, tem uma enorme extensão e muito pé. Aconselho a amigos e familiares a visitarem. Proprietários muito simpáticos.

La Barrosa beach is one of the longest in the province of Cádiz, has 8 kms of fine sand, its waters are always clean because they give the Atlantic directly.
