2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom (Sleeps 6) Apartment Near Temple Square

I grew up in the Czech Republic and moved to the United States when I was 19 years old. After spending my college years here and getting married at a young age, I moved my husband to Ireland for two years before moving back and settling down in Utah. I hope you fall in love with this state as much as I did. My little family loves the outdoors - we try to spend as much time outside as possible. We have also enjoyed traveling, although our bucket list somehow seems to keep getting bigger. As both a landlord and an experienced Airbnb traveler, I am a fair host who will try to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.

Why Daniela chose Capitol Hill
Built in 1868 and completely remodeled in the late 20th century, this home is older than the Salt Lake Capitol Building or the Salt Lake Temple! The home was originally built by John Alford, a British native, convert to Mormonism, and polygamist who migrated to Utah in 1865. This historic neighborhood is home to some of the most iconic and unique homes in Utah.
What makes this Apartment unique
Salt Lake City's Marmalade Hill Historic District was so named because early street names reflected the fruit-bearing plants and trees imported and planted there by its early residents. Marmalade is a small triangular area bounded by 300 North on the south, 500 North on the north, Center Street on the east, and Quince Street, the district's "Main Street", on the west. Settled in the early days of Salt Lake City, the Marmalade District is distinguished from other neighborhoods by steep, narrow, angular streets, mature landscaping and a surprising variety of vintage residential buildings. Within a single one-block area are almost as many styles of architecture as exist in the entire Avenues Historic District. Moreover, many buildings are considered to be among Utah's best examples of certain types of architecture. Today, the neighborhood stands as a modest, well-preserved, monument to the skill, taste, and resourcefulness of its pioneer inhabitants.

The property was just what we needed. It was affordable, clean, comfy, and close to the capitol building and downtown Salt Lake City. Great communication from the owner and getting into the property was seamless. The drive way and finding the address were the only things that were a bit challenging but well worth the effort. Highy recommend.
Girls trip in SLC
Was so excited to stay in Salt Lake City! Though the driveway did look intimidating at first, by the end of the trip we were pros at it. The rental itself was very clean and nicely furnished. Everything was readily available and the location was perfect for our trip!
Cozy, comfortable and close
Check In was easy. Parking a bonus because it rained all weekend and we were parked at the front door. Danielle was responsive to our requests. So Convenient to all of the spots we wanted to go to- The Avenues, City Creek, and even Sugarhouse. A short drive to many restaurants
It was our first time to Salt Lake as we were just passing through but this location was amazing because of its walkable location. We were able to see what we wanted to in a short time, have a great dinner, and even be on the highway heading north way ahead of rush hour traffic the next day. House was in great shape with all the amenities you need for a night in.
Great location and comfortable beds
My sister and I stayed here for RootsTech genealogy convention at the Salt Palace. We loved that the convention center was a short walk down the hill past Temple Square giving us a little fresh air each day. The place was clean, a great value, and the beds were very comfortable. I texted Daniela with a couple questions/requests and she responded very quickly and in a positive manner. I would be happy to stay there again.
Great central location within walking distance to temple square and capital
Cozy and comfortable condo. Nice parking spot right at the door front. Owner responsive and helpful to request. The only suggestion from the ladies in our travel group is to have softer cushion / padding available for the metal folding chairs (used with dining table). Would come again and recommend.
