Everything was great at our stay, great location for walk down to Manitou Springs . They had provided everything needed to get us started in the kitchen, especially coffee. Simple cottage with great outdoor seating ! She provided a great email on closest attractions and grocery stores and details about the cottage. Great stay!

Relaxing, comfortable, cozy!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. It was within walking distance of everything we needed! The house was cozy and neat. The front porch and patio area was delightful! We enjoyed hanging out with the neighbor's kitty, as well!
"Bear" the kitty is a popular visitor. He loves to hang out on the porch. So glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay.

Walk to downtown every night, hiking in all directions, 3 blocks from Barr Trail and the Incline. House is small but great for 2 people. Only downside is the small fridge
