There are migratory birds; winery/breweries and distillery tours and festivals featuring art, music, craft beer and foods. This home is centrally located - easy to visit all the festivals in a day. Farmer's market stands along route 47 are at your fingertips. Home rental allows area enjoyment and convenience to explore or prepare family meals. The sunsets are always amazing.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms- a large Master Bedroom; a small bedroom with a twin bed; and a third bedroom with a daybed/pop up trundle. The trundle option can accommodate another couple or 2 individuals. Other bedding options are: sofa bed.
The kitchen and main bathroom have been recently renovated. The cottage has a full bathroom; powder room and outdoor shower. This is great for multiple guests. Additional bonuses: washer/dryer; dishwasher; gas grill; Cable/Wifi and air conditioning units.
There are 2 group seating areas; dining area and a small breakfast nook. All have water views.
Most importantly- Outdoor living! We have an amazing deck with an extension pier for fishing and nature observance. We provide outdoor seating/umbrella shade/lounge chairs. After a day at the beach, be prepared to set up your camera/wine/cheese plate and watch a different sunset every evening. Some nights are electric orange/purple/pink and blues.
Kayaking and standup Paddle boarders will be in heaven. You will be able to bring your equipment and launch in front of the house. Bring inflatable tubes and tether to the dock. Low tide is perfect for young children.
This area is famous for Bird species and horseshoe crabs. At any time, you can see Manta rays/dolphins and turtles. Bring a crab trap and catch fresh seafood. DO NOT FORGET YOUR CAMERA.
I love the peaceful sounds of the waves; coupled with amazing water views. This is the perfect retreat for meditation/yoga seekers or anyone looking to forget everyday pressures.
The location is inspiring for artists, photographers and writers. Biker's-motor and pedal will love exploring the area. Several wineries are nearby and Cape May festivals are easily accessible. There are several surfing areas waiting to be explored. Explore the nature reserves in Cape May, Higbee trails and Audubon gardens.
