Un lujo de fin de semana

Espectacular casa en un entorno inigualable. Claramente esta casa es un capricho de su dueño, que ha diseñado con gran acierto. Si te gusta el monte y la naturaleza, la casa es un lujo. Tiene unas vistas impagables y espacio generoso en todas sus estancias. La atención por parte de la propiedad ha sido excepcional. Ideal para ir con niños. Repetiremos.

Muy bonita pero muy sucia

Por empezar por lo bueno: la casa es espectacular, muy grande, bien diseñada, las habitaciones de buen tamaño y cada una de ellas con un baño incorporado, la zona de jardín muy bien cuidada y agradable.

No obstante, cuando llegamos, tuvimos que esperar casi una hora hasta que nos abrieron la puerta, ya que no hay mucha cobertura y no conseguimos contactar con la persona que tenía que abrir la puerta, que por otro lado tampoco era consciente de nuestra llegada. De hecho, la casa estaba sin abrir ni poner la calefacción, y la habitación de los niños sin hacer.

Aparte, necesita una buena limpieza. El suelo de la cocina y de la habitación de los niños estaba bastante pringosa, al igual que la encimera y la mesa del comedor. Los utensilios de la cocina los tuvimos que limpiar antes de utilizarlos. La nevera tenía chorretes en la puerta y dentro se pegaba todo. Los cuartos de baño estaban sin limpiar desde hacía meses. El mobiliario de jardín también estaba sucio, en particular, en el de la foto, que es muy agradable, no pudimos ni sentarnos.

En conclusión, por el precio que se paga debería estar en mejores condiciones, porque es una pena que la casa, que es muy agradable esté tan descuidada.

Owner's Response: la falta de cobertura nos ha jugado ya alguna que otra mala pasada es posible que ese día en concreto la persona encargada de la limpieza de la casa se hubiera despistado con el día de llegada lo que si es cierto es que esta casa se utiliza continuamente por sus propietarios y el estado de limpieza es siempre inmejorable siento lo ocurrido y no volverá a pasar

This is a home located on a farm at 700 m above sea level, 3.5 Ha of area in the south of the Sierra de Gredos slope of peak Almanzor. The views towards the Valle del Tietar (350 m) are spectacular and the views over the mountains. The hillside is terraced treated with terraces and a large wooded both ancient and native chestnut and oak trees and all kinds of ornamental fruit trees and even palm trees.

By the barrier that produces the mountains and the streams that descend from the top of the mountain, a microclimate (+5 degrees in winter and -5 degrees in summer) which makes this area be called generates' Andalusia Avila '.

The farm is absolute tranquility and its situation and wooded other currency building is not far away.

The area is equipped with multiple sports and leisure facilities as golf course (10 km), horse riding (600 m), fishing (in the Swamp of Rosarito, 12 km) and possibility of nice excursions mountains and valley.

You can visit cities and towns of great historical interest as Plasencia (40 km), Avila (90 km), Trujillo (130 km) and Guadalupe (160 km).

Just as important monuments: Monastery of Yuste, Castle of Oropesa, etc, and villages with traditional architecture: Villanueva de la Vera, Valverde de la Vera, etc.

Also noted for its 'microclimate' the abundance of quirky birds.
