In the large villa, all bedrooms are on the ground floor.

There are three bedrooms on the left side of the building; one bedroom has a large bed of 160 * 200 cm for two persons. The other two bedrooms have each 2 beds of 90 * 200 cm.There is a beautiful bathroom at this side of the building.

At the right side of the building you will find another bedroom for 2 persons with an own bathroom and toilet.

The kitchen is very well equiped and has been renewed and upgraded in 2013 with an oven and a dishwasher.

There is a washing machine in the building.

There is a private, large garden.

A dog is allowed in this house.

Capacity for 8 persons, 150 m2 of surface.

Residence Les Belles Heures is one of the most appreciated holiday park in France*

The emphasis is on privacy and rest.

The apartments are spacious with a kitchen with all amenities.

A stay is ideal for walks, cycling, wine exploring/tasting and visiting beautiful small villages; but especially for enjoying the sun and the culinary spots.

All homes offer stunning views over the garden. Each house has its own character.

Present are a microwave, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, TV with satellite reception including Englisch stations, electric heating, vacuum cleaner, washing machine (shared). All beds are 90x200cm except in house 4 there is one 2 pers. bed of 140*200cm.

There are also some house on the river side. These are ideal for small groups and families. For example, for 2 or 3 families who want to holiday together but on their privacy. All apartments have 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room on the main level. Houses 8, 9 and 10 have an extra bedroom on the first floor. Each house has its own private terrace.

The houses 8, 9 and 13 have a spacious garden.

Houses 15 and 16 are located near the playground and the pool on the river side.

About Heleen Steukers

Since 2010 Heleen and Eric are having the pleasure to manage the holiday park. Heleen is from Belgium but has lived more than 15 years in Provence and has run for more than 10 year a Chambre d'hôtes (Exclusive Bed & breakfast). Eric, the son of the founders, the family Benink, is from the Netherlands and has been involved in the development of the park since 2009.

In Roaix, near the Mont Ventoux in the Vaucluse, Provence, you will find a small holiday park on an area of about 2 hectares. The heart of Residence Les Belles Heures is an old wine farm. Over the years three beautiful holiday houses have been created within the farm building. Near the farm building is a large villa and behind the farm, a building with 2 apartments. On the other side of a small road flows the river Ouvèze. On this side, the river side, there are eight holiday homes.

It is an ideal stay for walking, cycling, wine tasting, visiting interesting places, but especially for enjoying the sun and the many culinary spots.

The residence consists of two parts; the farm side and the river side. The farm side and the river side are separated by a local road.

The park is spacious (is approx 2 acres) and offers lots of privacy.

The park is in a residential wijkje which one should take account of local residents. Account to the farm side At the river side is the distance to the local residents greater making this place is better suited for large groups who want to sit together and playing children. On this side is also the playground and children's pool attached.

A bakery with fresh bread every day, a small supermarket and butcher are 500 meters away.
