The house is also a few minutes walk away from Magdalen Bridge, the Botanical Gardens, the High Street and City Centre and there is good access to the hospitals, business and science parks. Furnished to a very high standard with wooden floors throughout, the accommodation comprises of large double reception room, kitchen and dining room, master bedroom with ensuite shower room, three further double bedrooms, (2 Kingsize beds, 1 double bed, and 1 twin room), family bathroom, shower room and pretty garden with illuminated decking area. Wifi throughout. Weekly linen change included. Off road parking for 2 cars.

Wonderful quiet oasis close to downtown.

Hosts were lovely and gracious. House was bright, clean and inviting. We loved the garden and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Close to nice pub and small grocery markets, so very convenient location.

Exquisite!

Our family had the good fortune to stay at this exquisite home for our recent vacation in Oxford. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms are light, spacious, modern, and airy, while the bones - floors, fireplaces, moldings - retain the original historic charm. On a quiet street and with a lovely yard, the home was a perfect retreat at the end of each day's site seeing. My only regret is that we could not stay the entire summer!

Clean, charming and convenient flat

This property was absolutely lovely. I stayed there for a week with my mother and my 3 children and it was the perfect location. Close to town yet nice to be a bit out of the busy center- we both walked and took the convenient bus into town. There was a great selection of pubs within a few blocks- we especially loved the Rusty Bicycle and Chester Arms! We all loved the town, the flat and the region of England and hope to return soon! Thank you!

Fabulous Oxford accommodation

What a wonderful house this has been. We came from New York to stay for three weeks with our three kids, aged 3, 5 and 11. My sister and her husband and baby daughter also joined us for some of the time, as well as my mother, all from Australia. The house was perfect for a large family group, for entertaining and cooking every day for adults and kids. Susie and Harley were phenomenal landlords. Whenever there was a problem they sorted it out right away, and they are lovely and welcoming too. We had a fantastic time and were sad to leave. It's a great bit of Oxford to stay in, walking distance from from center (or easy bus) but great for families and easier than being in the thick of it in town.

Ideal place to feel at home.

The house is wonderful located, it doesn't take much time to reach the bus which takes you into town. We had really nice weather, so, we sat in the little garden with a glass of wine. All is very tasteful, we liked the interior design very much. The landladies were very helpful when one shower broke down. The plumber arrived the other day! We recommand this house very much!

Deposit amount will vary depending on length of booking and number of people staying in the property.
Payments received via bank transfer or credit/debit card (2.5% surcharge to use a credit/overseas debit card).
A fee will be charged for check ins or check outs outside of office hours, bank holidays and Sundays.

A deposit of 30% of the rental total is payable on confirmation of booking.  The balance of 70% is to be paid in full no less than eight weeks (56 days) prior to commencement of stay.  If the full balance is not received within 8 weeks prior to the commencement of stay, Penny & Sinclair reserve the right to cancel the booking and guests forfeit the deposit paid.  For bookings made less than eight weeks before the commencement of the rental, the total rental fee is payable on booking.  Cleared funds are required.  UK pound sterling cheques will be accepted but must be cleared within the stipulated time. All payments should be made to Penny & Sinclair Ltd, 1-4 The Plain, St Clements, Oxford, OX4 1AS.  Payments should be made by debit or credit cards (2.5% surcharge added for credit cards and overseas debit cards), bank transfer or cheque.  Bank details are provided at the end of the booking form and are available upon request.  A non-refundable fee of £45.00 (including VAT) will be applied to each booking and any amendments or extensions thereafter. Please be advised that Penny & Sinclair are not liable for any international bank charges and will only accept the amount that is received into our client bank account, any shortfall will be deducted from the damage deposit received.
