Nice apartment close to beach & amenities & pool
The apartment is within a block of four with a shared pool.
The apartment was clean and tidy and as listed and within easy walking distance to the beach, the nearby large supermarket, bars and restaurants.
We used The Marina & Waterfront bars. The first is a Spanish bar and the second is English that shows English football games, you can request your favourite team to be shown one one of three TV’s good English breakfast. Both close to the beach.
You can catch a bus to Benidorm Old & New Towns for €1.5
It is also possible to walk to Benidorm Old Town, look for the Tapas bars behind the Marina in Old Town.
Private shuttle is available via the owner at a cost of €55 each way.
We really enjoyed your stay and will definitely be returning in the near future.
Adequate and Clean
The apartment was clean and tidy. All facilities worked. Apart from the tv. which we could not get to work. due to a fault on the sky card. But as we are not avid tv watchers it did not matter much to us. All in all an adequate apartment.
I am pleased you liked the apartment.
I believe the TV was looked at on your second day and the engineer found the washing on the line was hitting the dish which disrupted the signal.
We are hopefully going to install the dish on the roof which will avoid any other occurence.
Joan the manager was very prompt at answering my many questions before our holiday. The apartment is light bright spacious and clean. It's has great security with gates that are locked to the outside. We felt very safe. The resort is beautiful very family oriented the beach had wheelchair access which was great for my parents just a short walk to the beach, right on the bus route for very large shopping centre and supermarkets just 2 stops away and Benidorm just about 10 minutes away. Just one small point about the key there was only one set but with there being 2 couples in our group made going out and coming back a but difficult for us it would be better with 2 sets. But all in all we had a great holiday would use home and away and this apartment again.
very nice apartment bedrooms and living room and lovely balcony
the property is in the right location if you dont want to live in a noisy area.it is just outside benedorm.we had everything in finestrat are bars restaurants buses and alovely beach. i recommend this are for people in groups of four.or for family holidays.the only thing that spoilt it was sharing 1 key for a group of people was a bit awkward. we no this is for security reasons.but apart from that a fantastic holiday place.linda
Thanks for the review Linda, I am pleased you enjoyed the apartment and the area, I look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Joan
"Lovely family friendly apartment"
My grandparents came to Ireland from Brazil to spend Christmas and New Years with me and we wanted to getaway from the cold weather of Ireland, then I luckily found this gem in the sunny Costa Blanca in Spain.
They were delighted with the apartment, it was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, all appliances and kitchen equipment were brand new. My granny was delighted to cook with new pans and to go to the Carrefour supermarket nearby.
Also, they really enjoyed walking on the beach and spending afternoons reading books and talking on the benches at the beach. They were really relaxed and they enjoyed their holiday very much.
They had never been to Spain, so we went to visit some places on the Costa Blanca, which weren't too far from the lovely apartment. We did several day trips, such as Guadalest Castle (a fantastic castle at the top of a hill), Benidorm (very close to the centre of Benidorm), Altea (charming Old Town and amazing viewpoints), Alicante (city centre and Santa Barbara Castle), Villajoyosa (beautiful beach and Old Town with its narrow streets) and Valencia (only 2 hours drive away, it has amazing architecture, worth driving there).
I highly recommend this apartment for family with seniors or kids. They put a nice touch there leaving a box of toys for the kids.
Enjoyed our stay
We found the apartment clean and well equipped. We were met at the apartment by the keyholder who was very helpful. Very close to the beach and all amenities, plenty of bars and restaurants. Bus stops right outside the complex and takes you to the centre of Benidorm. There is also a bus to Carrefour Hypermarket and La Marina Shopping Centre which are close by. The pool was fantastic, clean and well maintained. We've already re-booked for next year.
Cala de Finestrat: Cala de Finestrat still retains its Spanish atmosphere and offers some excellent seafood restaurants along with outdoor bars and cafes which line the safe crescent shaped beach. La Cala is known as Benidorm’s best-kept secret so whether you decide to relax and chill out, or take advantage of the nearby attractions, Cala Finestrat is perfect for those seeking a resort away from the infamous Benidorm. The area is suited to families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday with the advantage that if they want to be in the hustle of what Benidorm has to offer, you can be in the center within minutes. The area also local shops & markets, with the large shopping complex of La Marina with many designer shops are set on the outskirts of the resort. Benidorm: Benidorm beaches: Benidorm's beaches are justifiably famous and the resort's continuing success owes much to those fabulous golden crescents. Stretching for a luxuriant six kilometres from Levante Beach in the east to Poniente Beach in the west, consistently high quality blue flag bathing, lifeguard patrols, a wealth of water sports and an impressive approach to cleanliness mean these beaches are among the best in Europe. Each has its own particular character so take your pick- Teenagers visit Levante beach to enjoy a sandy social vibe, to see and be seen, and to generally have a good time. Beyond the Old Town, Poniente beach is to the west of Levante, and comprises a mammoth golden curl of excellent fine sand. Huge! You'll find Malpas beach close to the harbour, beneath the port and the castle cliffs. Small, pleasant, and usually not very crowded, it's different again to Benidorm's two other main beaches
