2A has been refurbished to a very high standard.
The lounge is light and spacious with unbelievable ever changing views of Caswell Bay.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Included is an electric cooker, fridge with small freezer section, washing machine and a microwave. Although open plan, the kitchen does not impinge on the size of the lounge.
The bedroom is light and airy with a large window over looking pretty window boxes. The double bed is new and has four under bed drawers. Two large fitted wardrobes. Bathroom can be be accessed via the lounge and also the bedroom.
There is a large bed settee in the lounge which converts into a double bed.
Both apartments have a private back entrance and easily reached from the back drive.
Private parking to the front and rear of the building and there is an electric gated entrance.
Worked for Action For Children, a children's charity supporting families and young children. Loved my job. It was very varied and I felt worthwhile. Once retired I had more free time! What should I do now? Both our self catering apartments were in the hands of a letting agency - so I thought - why not let it myself! My son, got me high on the search thingy and I was away to go! My husband, a retired vet, needs to be kept busy, so is at hand for any emergencies ie fixing the shower etc!
