About the property

Functional and very bright, ideal for summer or off summer.

Between Saint Raphael (15 km) and Saint Tropez (22 km), the apartment is located in Issambres in the center of all shops, in a house which has four.

Its area is about 60 m2. The terrace (12 m2) is not a simple loggia. A view of the sea, which is located about fifty meters.

It consists of a living room (with sofa bed for -sommier to lattes-), a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

It has a private parking, shaded, located in the property. It is accessible from the outside only on condition of being provided with the key to the portal, which is also needed to get out (which is a security in case of the presence of young children) .

The neighborhood is quiet: the owners of two adjoining apartments do not rent and occupy themselves.

The reception of tenants and the monitoring of their stay (in case it is necessary, for example, to solve a domestic problem) is provided by a trusted person residing permanently in one of the apartments.

Why Mr. Jean-Jacques Candy chose Les Issambres

This house was built in 1961 by my parents and their friends who wanted to spend their holidays together in Issambres, on the early 1950's. The other houses are occupied by the second generation of 'settlers' who are also my childhood friends. The interior of the house was completely refurbished in 2008, and some renovations were made (like the facade and the terraces) in 2012.

What makes this lodge unique

* The house is located on the edge of a coastline that has no concrete; it is close to beaches and shops.

*No problems with neighbours, since they are all my childhood friends and I can assure you they are quiet and silent people.

*On site, you will be welcomed by a trusted person who lives here all year long, in one of the houses. She will give you the keys and she will be my connection to help you solve any problems you might have (small damages or appliances that do not work, for example). You will not be left alone to deal with any inconvenience that might arise.

Super séjour,

Merci à Marie-Jo pour son accueil et ses bonnes idées resto.(personne très sympathique qui nous accueille)

que dire sinon qu'on est aussi bien que chez soi, rien ne manque, appartement très bien situé, pas besoin de voiture, tout est sur place, (plage, supérette, boulangerie, maché...)

seul Bmol, un peu bruyant en pleine saison. mais quand même super séjour, nous reviendrons.

Merci à M. Candy pour tout. Très sympathique et à l'écoute de tout.

Superbe appartement

Appartement très bien situé , très complet , en face de la mer et de toutes commodités , accueil très chaleureux , parking privatif ombragé , grande terrasse bien équipée .

Aucune remarques négatives .

Je compte encore louer l'appartement à l'avenir .

Appartement situé près de la plage et des commerces plus besoin delà voiture !

Accueil on ne peut plus agréable tout d'abord téléphonique avec le propriétaire puis à notre arrivée avec une personne mandatée qui nous a délivré de précieux conseils

logement avec une pièce a vivre bien spacieuse et très ensoleillée , une grande chambre et dans le séjour un banquette transformable en couchage. Bien équipé en electroménager. Belle terrasse avec vue sur mer. Trés bon accueil de la dame en charge de la location . Location propre. Boulangerie, restaurant, supermarché a proximité,( pas besoin de la voiture) A proximité : jet ski voile quad bateau navette st tropez et les iles aux alentours
