The appeal of Novigrad is its unspoilt nature together with its sports and recreation facilities - choice of activities has no limits. Use the popular 4 quality cycles to explore the paths along the coastline or the many aspects of the town with its Venetian style houses and narrow streets. Everything has been absolutely great here in Novigrad. So many thanks to this perfect apartment.

We have had some beautiful weeks here in Haines’ Apartment with a lovely breakfast on the big balcony (it’s great) The bikes is really good. We went on a tour called ‘8’. We also run every morning.

We were here on Croatia’s National Day and when they joined EU (European Union) so it was festivals and fireworks. It was fun.

We went to new resturants almost every single day even if we here last year (yes, we love it here).

What we can recommend:

- Postojna Jama, in Slovenia. An extraordinary cave (!!!!!)

- Porec. Good shopping and a nice city

- Motovun (thanks to Chris Haines). A hill top town. Beautiful.

- the wine at the ‘blue door’. Very good wine at a fair price.

Maybe we will come here next year again ‘cause you can’t find a better holiday place than Novigrad Croatia’.

Just brilliant!

Yes! What a brilliant time we had! Lovely apartment. Just as described : very cleaned, superb location (facing the marina and 5 minutes walk from the town centre) and with all commodities, ie wifi and even access to 4 bikes! We had lovely bike rides through exquisite scenery. Novigrad is a beautiful little town with many excellent restaurants offering fresh food. The locals are very friendly and there are plenty of lovely picturesque places to visits around Novigrad. I do not have a bad word to say about Novigrad, the apartment, and the owner Chris who did his utmost to ensure our few days in Croatia were the most enjoyable. Thank you Chris!

Lovely Apartment, Tranquil Setting

The apartment, in a tranquil location with safe parking, is exactly as described by Chris. The fully equipped, very comfortable apartment is within easy walking distance to the beach, several good restaurants and the old town After a day spent at the beach, or in town, it is great to return to the peace and quiet of the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed the week in Novigrad. Thank you Chris!!

Perfect Haven

This was our second trip to Novigrad and The Frontline Sea View Apartment, we went last year in July and enjoyed it so much we decided to go again this year. It did not disappoint us, we were left with the longing to go back again next year. The apartment has everything a family of two adults and two teenage girls could want. The washing machine is fantastic to have and the kitchen is fully equipped. We ate breakfast each morning on the balcony which has a great view of the marina. There are very good restaurants nearby with two very large supermarkets very close. We drove from Hungary and parking is not an issue. We visited Groznjan and Motovan which we would highly recommend. Overall we do not find Novigrad expensive to visit and the facilities like jet ski's etc are not expensive. We did not get a chance to visit the new Aqua Park this year due to the weather but will put it on our list for next year.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Fronline Sea View Apartment at all. The owner is a delight to deal with as are the ladies in the local office.

Owner's Response: The new Aqua Park just outside town is an added feature which is proving popular with families with children. Novigrad maintains its friendly character with good value resturants and facilities. The location of the apartment with secure parking is very popular and the balcony remains a big hit. I and the team in the agency make every effort to make people feel at home. Look forward to you visiting again.

A fantastic apartment

We had a most enjoyable week in the Haine's apartment with our Daughter and her Husband. It was an ideal size for 4 people, very spacious and clean. It was just as described and the photos did it justice. Chris was excellent to deal with, answering our many questions from New Zealand. He also provided some special goodies on our arrival.

We particularly liked the fact that we could walk everywhere from here including the two beaches. Novigrad is a very picturesque town with a delightful harbour and many outdoor restaurants and cafés but it is not to big.

We also found it an ideal spot for touring up into the hilltop villages and further down the Istriian peninsula to Pula, Rovinj and Porec, all well worth a visit.

Great Apartment, Great Location

A clean, spacious and well equipped self catered apartment, with a big living space - accommodated a family of 6 easily! It has a balcony, catching the sun all day, with great views of the Novigrad marina. Also its in a convenient location, 5 to 10 minute walk to Novigrad town centre and a 2 minute walk from two big supermarkets. Two great beaches near by (walking distance) as well, one with pedalos kayaks and jet ski's and the other with an inflatable aqua park, beach volleyball and sun lounges.

Perfect Apartment for a family / Group

We had a fantastic holiday in Novigrad. The apartment was exactly as described and in a very quiet block with safe parking. The apartment was fully equiped and had everything we needed. The owner was very efficient to deal with as was the local agent. We were two adults and two teenage girls and Novigrad suited us perfectly. The girls swam everyday and really loved the clear warm water. They went to the aqua park which was very good value for 100 kuna for the whole day. We went on the boat trip to Rovinj which was really well worth the money, this was booked in local agents office. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would love to visit again next year to the same apartment. Would highly recommend.

Apartment is front line with sea view, overlooks a new marina, is within very easy walking distance to all beaches, amenities and to the lively town. Local coastal towns nearby include chic Rovinji, historic Porec and lively Umag all close to the stunning Adriatic coast. This incredibly well situated front line property is close the rich fertile countryside of North Istria with its stunning hilltops towns such as Motovun and Groznjan, rich vineyards, famous wines, mature olive groves and totally unspoilt nature. The apartment combines a peaceful setting together with very access to many major attractions and amenities. Combine the local Venetian influenced Istrian cuisine with your own cooking on the sunny spacious terrace. Use the apartments bikes to explore the coastal paths with its pine clad forests behind the deep blue Adriatic sea.

Stay tax $1.38 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the owner upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 12 years.

Local taxes are 1 euro per person per night with discounts for children under 18 and free for children under 12. There is a 4 Euro registration fee per person. 35 kuna per person.

Price includes towels, linen and cleaning once a week. The apartment should be stocked with basic provisions, flowers, fresh milk, water, beer, sweets, 2 litres of local wine, grappa or olive oil in the Summer Season.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
