This apartment in Rome was perfect for our group of people. The apartment was extremely comfortable and spacious and the location was a perfect homebase for our city visit. The apartment afforded privacy and a lot of space to each bedroom and included a large kitchen, dining room and living room and the 2 bathrooms (with 1 jacuzzi tub) were an amazing bonus for the price. Raphael met us on our arrival and was waiting for us. After helping us with our bags, he quickly reviewed everything that we needed to know and spoke perfect english. He ensured that we would have everything that we needed and left his number for any questions we may have. He also made sure someone brought another set of towels later that day. The apartment was about 2 blocks from the nearest metro station which was perfect for our getting around the city. There were many restaurants and cafes in the area, I definitely recommend Astoria as it was probably one of the best meals we had in Europe! The apartment has a small elevator, but the apartment was only 1 floor up so we just walked except for when we were transporting our luggage. The WIFI was slow in the master bedroom because it was far away from the router, but it was fine. All those in my group were very happy with this apartment and would definitely recommend to stay here.
Thank you, Lucrezia and team, for a memorable time in a beautiful flat. We've rented holiday flats from the internet before and there is always some trepidation, but this one exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, central enough to be handy for the sights yet away from the crowds. Almost anywhere you want to be is a short walk or quick taxi ride away. The decor is contemporary and relaxing. There was plenty of room four our family of four (two adults, two teenagers) and having two bathrooms and a dining area was a real bonus. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Only a few hours after we got home we were trying to work out when we could return--I would say that is the best recommendation we could give. Thank you for a lovely stay in your amazing city.
The apartment in Rome was fantastic. Plenty of space for 5 adults. Very convenient location walking distance to many attractions. Beautiful marble floors and bathrooms were very luxurious and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely stay there again. The staff was very nice and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
Very nice apartment. comfortable, big rooms, kitchen well equipped, very clean. The apartment is placed near the most point of interest of Rome, so we visited all of them just walking. Emmanuela, the girl who received us the day of our arrival explain everything very clear about the apartment and how to get to the different places to visit. She gave us a couple of maps and a list of the nearest restaurants and supermarkets. We were 7 adults and we have a very good time in the apartment. We recommend it.
Great sized apartment located near Piazza Cavour and easy walking distance from most major sights. 10 minute stroll to Castel Sant'Angelo, 20 minutes to The Spanish Steps. Great neighbourhood. Apartment is clean, spacious and has most amenities you would want in a holiday let. I would return here.
Great apartment, very spacious - comfy beds, lovely to have a terrace to one of the bedrooms.
Really handy to have mini-supermaket literally downstairs.
Good location - not too close to be noisy but close enough that we were able to walk everywhere.
The man who let us in (so sorry, I've forgotten your name!!!) and who was our contact while staying was fantastic and gave us some really good advice, tips and bar/restaurant recommendations. Very helpful and always on hand.
The only negatives which we have pointed out so may now have been addressed is there was not enough hot water for the 5 of us to shower at one time which was a real shame as delayed us on a couple of occasions. And the kitchen unfortunately didn't have any cups so we were unable to have a hot drink (being English a cup of tea in the morning is a must!).
Having said that we would definitely stay here again which tells you the negatives were minor.
The apartment is located in an exclusive and elegant, a few minutes walk from the Vatican and the historic center. The area, with its tranquility and its strategic location, is an ideal starting point to visit Rome. Most of the sites are in fact within walking distance and the area is well connected by metro and public buses. In a few minutes you can reach extraordinary places such as the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo and across the river Tiber, you can find the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Colosseum and all the major attractions of the city. The Prati area is also known for the shopping and for its many traditional Roman restaurants.
