4 bedroom, 3 bathroom. Lovely patio and enclosed garden. Pet friendly.

This wonderful house has a contemporary feel, is finished to a very high standard with a nautical theme throughout and welcomes pets at no extra charge. The downstairs hallway gives access to the dining room with seating for 8, a double bedroom with 21' TV and ensuite shower room, the bunk bed room and also the family bathroom. Also on this level is the lovely open plan kitchen / lounge with wonderful sea views and French doors leading to the patio area and lawned garden. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 4 high stools. In the bay window of the lounge is a table and chairs for 4, the combination of these 2 seating areas mean guests can enjoy more informal dining if they choose. The lounge has ample comfortable seating, 43' TV, BT vision, DVD player and wall mounted electric fire. The property benefits from wifi access. The large patio has garden furniture and gas bar-b-q and gated access to steps which lead down to the extensive lawn.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower room. There are sliding doors opening out on the balcony where you can sit and enjoy the wonderful views. Also upstairs is the twin bedroom - a great room for older children as it has a sofa and 32' TV with DVD player. The sofa can convert in to a sofa bed for occasional use if required (please call to arrange).

As mentioned the property welcomes pets although they are not permitted upstairs or on the furniture - a large dog crate is provided to save guests transporting their own. Plaidy beach is just 5 minutes walk down the hill or it is a 15 minute walk along the coastal path to the main Looe beach.

Lovely Home

We were very impressed with quality of all the fixtures and fittings in the house. We made full use of the patio, especially as we were so lucky with the weather. The milk and wine were a very nice gesture.

We would certainly recommend this house, especially for families and dog owners.

The only thing that would have enhanced or stay, would have been a parasol, or some shade. Because we were there during the "hottest June", we had to retreat inside from about 11.30 until 3.00 when the sun had moved round. We did mention this to the manager, and she tried to get a table parasol, but was unable to find one big enough for the table. But many thanks for trying.

house was lovely ,

The house was excellent. bunk beds VERY uncomfortable . Parking caused a lot of problems and spoilt the beginning and end of our holiday. Although we had these problems the Cornish holiday people were very helpful and sorted out the beds, but unfortunately the the neighbours were quite angry and petty ( blocked one of our cars in ! ) would still recommend the property to other people as hopefully the parking will be sorted out

Beautiful...shame about the parking

Firstly, the house itself is beautiful. Stunning views. Everything you could need. There were a few minor issues at the start which the proprietor saw to very quickly. Unfortunately, when parking infront of the property,we were told by neighbours to.move. Again, the proprietor spoke to the neighbours and all seemed ok. However, on the last day, we had to park a few metres down the road. There were no parking signs, and the car was not blocking any driveways. When we returned the next day, neighbours had deliberately.blocked the car and it could not be moved. When we asked the neighbour to move their car, he was extremely rude, telling us that the road was residential parking only and continued to berate us for parking. It is a real shame but if this continues for future holidaymakers, it seriously spoils what would otherwise be lovely.place. for the record, there are no yellow lines or signs that say it is residential parking only.

Perfect Stay!

Seawinds is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. We had a fantastic stay over new year and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The house was well equipped with everything you need for a truly relaxing holiday. We are really missing that amazing view every morning from the main bedroom.
