Main floor: (access by staircase) dining room with air conditioner and access to the terrace, where you can enjoy a fantastic seaviews. Open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffeemaker and other utensils for the kitchen. Living room with sat-tv/tdt. 1 bedroom with double bed, ventilator on the ceiling and bathroom en suite with bath, shower, wc and washbasin.

External: you can enjoy fantastic seaviews while swimming in the pool (7x4m) with built-in staircase. Glazed terrace with sofas and partly seaviews and views to the pool. External shower and built-in babecue. 1 utilityroom with washing machine. External parking for 1 car.

  • Having filled in the booking form via our website, the chosen property will be provisionally reserved for a period of 3 days. Over the course of those 3 days, you will be required to confirm your booking by completing payment. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled. In the case of last-minute bookings, you will only have 1 day to confirm the booking or it will be automatically cancelled.

    Payment process:

    First payment: 40% of the total amount to confirm the reservation by transfer or by credit card.
    Second payment: 60% when the client receives the keys, in cash or by credit card.
    BOOKING CANCELLATION

    The terms and conditions on cancellation expenses come into effect from the moment this booking contract is formalised.


    • 0% costs if the client cancels the booking 42 days or more before the arrival date.
    • 40% of the whole booking amount if the client cancels between 41 and 8 days before the arrival in the holiday home.
